This has been by far the best experience I've ever had getting my tires. The service was excellent, I was greeted kindly by two very hard workers. I felt like the person helping me had a full inventory list in his head of all the tires that he had. Not only that, the price is good for the quality that he offers, the value is definitely there. I have paid much higher prices for the same run flat tires in the past at other locations. To top it off it was the fastest tire change service I have ever had. I got two used tires changed out in about 30 minutes and that was with including the small amount of time I was waiting them to finish with the prior customer. The shop is down a little cramped alleyway of shops, but it's totally worth it to navigate this space. The service members were completely transparent and honest, no BS at all. read more

I stopped by at this place because of their good feedback. As a car guy having nice beautiful clean wheels, you like to keep them nice and clean. Well, the person that was taking the old tires out of my nice and clean wheels didn't care about customer's wheels and removed and damaged for about 4 inches of paint and scratched the top layer of my wheel. I took my tires here for my BMW to patch a nail and Oscar did a great job and was pleasant to deal with. He did so well that this almost became my go to spot for patching tires until recently, when I brought in my bmw for another tire problem. Oscar was out on break but had two of his workers available. One was an older gentleman with curly long hair and a younger gentleman who was in uniform. They both worked on taking my rim out with the tire in question. I gave them my wheel lock and they seemed to have a tough time removing my tire which I thought was weird. They first used the gun and then I saw the older gentlemen start using a bar with his hands (mind you this gentle was wearing a simple tshirt and shorts, as if he just got out of bed) I did not think anything of it, they eventually got my rim out and checked for an air leak by dumping it in water. The leak was found and was not fixable. So they recommend I just buy new tires, and so I did. They put the rim back on with the gun and I was on my way. 3 days later after ordering new tires, I took it to the tire shop I bought these new tires from and when they were trying to install my new tires, they noticed that the wheel lock was overly tightened to the point that it snapped my special wheel lock screw. I had an extra one so I gave them that and that one also snapped. So the manager asked me if anyone worked on my tire before I took it to them and I said yes MJ tires worked on it. They told me that whoever worked on it tightened it too much and that there should only be a specific amount of pressure for bmws. In short the people that worked on my car here at MJ tires did not use the right pressure gun when putting back my rim and overly tightened it that now I have to get new ones from bmw. I called Oscar and he took no accountability and did not want to help me pay for the new ones. He would rather have a bad review then make it right for a customer who was going to continue to use his business in the future. The price for a new set is only $96 dollars and not even an offer to help pay half, even rectify the situation or apology was given. Ultimately be careful when going to MJ tires with high end cars. You get what you pay for I guess and it's just unfortunate that I trusted these guys with my BMW and Oscar should NOT be letting other people in his shop work on cars they have no experience working on. read more

Wow! Talk about supporting your local. I was shopping around for tires and this man came through. I found MJ Tires through Yelp, called, and Oscar - the owner was quick to answer the phone. I told him I would call him back and when I did, he didn't disappoint. I got to his location after work, and he was still taking care of another customer but immediately after that it was my turn, I had to change all of my 4 tires. We were conversing about life but he didn't stop working and he was by himself! I thought I was going to be there for hours, but he was non-stop. He also found 3 nails in one of my tires that nobody could find. There were no hidden fees. What he quoted me over the phone is what I paid for. That included tires, installation, balancing, and disposal. He didn't ask for any gratuity but I threw in a little more just for the overall experience. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND OSCAR AND MJ TIRES.
