I called customer service and was told, in writing, that although those 2 items that broke on my machine were a defect for that series 2300, and that they cannot send me anything but the same model as that is company policy whether the product was defective or not. So, my model 2300 is defective, and they are sending me a new model 2300 although they know it is defective. Don't think I will be purchasing a new product from this company because of the company policies. Unbelievable.

They fixed problems left behind by others, and pointed out great suggestions for making the area more user friendly. They are a little pricier than others, but you definitely get what you pay for, and in my case, trying to go cheaper with a lessor company just ended up costing me more in the end.
