Wish there was more communication on their part, like a message to confirm my request was available would have been nice. eHowever I called to double check & confirm that we were good for Saturday and they were, so all was well. I also had to ask what time they'd deliver and pick up. Had I not asked, they wouldn't have mentioned... but everything went great! You pay when they pick up. I ordered 3 tables & 25 chairs. Decent condition, clean. Chairs were a little rusty on the metal parts, but for my party it didn't matter to me. Seems like a family business, and I like supporting family businesses. OK, so I rarely do this, but we found such a gem in this little family owned operation, that I had to post a review. We were just looking for an extra table for our daughter, a small kids, outdoor birthday party, because she was having a bigger celebration later in the week. I spoke with Lupe who was very sweet, and she was available that day to pay for the table, so we went out to meet her. This is obviously a family business, it isn't a high end, high overhead, retail space, and that was perfect. We drove to her home, saw the tables which were in perfect condition, and such a good price, and then we started looking at her pinatas and jumpers,(not even considering for this little party), and they were such a great price, that we took them as well. The day scheduled to deliver, our daughter still didn't know about the Pinata or the jumper, and when they came to set it up, she was beyond excited. I have to talk about the young men who came to set it up...they were professional and polite, and I mean really polite...at least ours were lol. What a great experience. We absolutely recommend, and hope that you have the same experience. I will say one thing, no two...if you want to do business with them, I would recommend a few weeks in advance, because she is BUSY!!! Next, she makes absolutely beautiful cakes. These are not your simple butter cream cakes, these are fondant style, intricate, NOT inexpensive cakes, but worth looking into. The rest of the party supplies are amazing prices, and CLEAN. I had several people that I gave their card to, tell me how clean the jumper was. It did have some repair stitching done on the outside to some rips in the net,but it didn't have any effect on the fun, and it was clean!!! We will use them again. read more

I rented two tanks of helium from them. They were happy to text address to pick up and were extremely convenient on times to pick up and drop off. We ended up only using less than one tank....they gave me money back for the other one!! Who does that? Can't say enough good about a business that goes out of their way, to help me and save a dime! We used Lopez Party Rentals for a family wedding this last weekend. It was an outdoor wedding so we rented their large canopy to make sure we stayed out of the sun. They set the whole canopy up without a hitch, which allowed us to focus on the other things we had to get done. In total we rented the tables, chairs, linens, food warmers, and of course the canopy.
