After inspecting the car after I send all the paperwork like a moron because I should have looked at the car beforehand but it was in service and I went on their word which is another mistake I went to pick up the car and noticed that the hood of the car was rock chipped to hell awful so I was told that I had some sort of interior and exterior warranty that would cover that there's a first issue. Secondly the front driver seat has like three rips in it and it's peeling The seat is falling apart and I was told I have a warranty that would cover a new seat so I go through the warranty process and it's denied. Come to find out I actually do not have a warranty for exterior or interior The warranty only covers cleaning covers nothing else I do have a mechanical warranty thank God but I was lied to by the dealership and we have been fighting for probably 2 weeks now to get the seat fixed and the rock chips fixed on the hood well low and behold this dealer ship is a joke so I am now with seats that are peeling in a hood that looks like garbage. My sales manager is to the point now where I'm stressing her out so bad that she will not call me or answer any of my messages she has completely blocked me pretty much and when I went in there the other day they said they're going to fix the seat but they're going to make her pay for it which is not her problem and on top of that it's not going to be a new seat they're going to patch it basically. Don't make the mistake I did folks Don't go to Fox Chevy or any Fox. As a direct result of their service, the vehicle started misfiring. I returned to the shop twice before they stated that they didn't know what the problem was and recommended another shop (yes they directed me to go to another shop). I had to pay the second shop hours of troubleshooting services to find that CNY had not actually replaced the coils that they charged me for and claimed that they had replaced. Additionally, I had to pay the second shop to replace my spark plugs and coils (the service that CNY was paid to perform). Final insult, CNY has not resolved this matter.

I had my exhaust tightened, emergency brake adjusted (involves messing with the driveshaft in my car) and the rear brakes adjusted. They were friendly, did the work quickly and did a good job. I'm pleased that I finally found a shop that I can trust with my Camaro.
