Today was the last straw, that woman picks and chooses when she likes people, some lady came in with 10+ bags of laundry so I get it you see signs and treat people with respect, this customer took over 10 , when one was going to open up I thought I was able to use it, but the lady who was there running the show decided she was going to save her all the machines so I ended up leaving. It must be nice to be liked by the owner, anyone else does not get respect.

After explaining the situation (and despite clearly being very busy) Engie offered to accommodate me the same day! She did a fantastic job, exactly as requested, and even went above and beyond by adding some additional stitching where she thought the costume needed some more strength! Great staff. Great work. There are large to very massive sized dryers as well. Note: The newer, shiny industrial size dryers are hot! I put in a queen sized comforter and it was dry in less than 15 minutes. I would start with 10 minute intervals and add quarters as needed. I almost put in 40 minutes worth of quarters which would have been way too much. The machines operate on coins only, specifically quarters. There is a change machine on hand to break down small bills up to a $20 bill into quarters. They have a laundry service as well. I noticed people dropping off and picking up their laundry. Not too crowded on a Sunday afternoon. Very pleased. In addition, there are more than 6 casual dining places within the same plaza, so you can grab a bite to eat while waiting for clothes to wash and dry.

Lost half my clothes the first time using this service. I don't know about you, but I don't have pictures of my socks and bras. And I don't make it a habit of taking pictures of the clothes in my hamper. When pressed, she said the company has photos they can use to find my items. If a representative bothers to respond to this review, don't believe anything they have to say about this being an anomaly. My clothes were delivered last night, yet when I texted customer service about my missing items, I got this form response: "Hi Crystal - I'm so sorry to hear about the issue with your order. To help us assess and resolve quickly, we'll need a bit more information. If your order was delivered in the last 14 days, please complete our simple claims form here: www.rinse.com/customers/claim. Please include: 1) Photos of the items 2) A link to where the item (or comparable) can be purchased online. If it has been more than 14 days, you can send this information here and we'll open a claim for you. Thank you - we're here to help." So you lose people's clothes often enough to have a canned response ready??? Do NOT use these people. I don't know where to begin replacing these items. I'm so glad I didn't let them dry clean my custom-made items. My next stop is the Better Business Bureau. Rinse should not be in business. Shame on you.
