I picked it up that afternoon for my installer to have the next day. It was absolutely magical and the most amazing experience I have ever had with anything on this project. Anyone that has lived through a renovation knows that things go wrong all the time, but this experience and Alexis' professionalism, accountability, and abilities are bar none the best! I think your experience can greatly vary depending on who assists you. We had someone assisting us that seemed to not want to deal with us at all. Several of the existing tiles on the floor were apparently no longer being made (so why still have them on the floor?), the store stopped doing custom tiles with specific colors (which sadly were the exact colors we were looking for). We finally ordered custom tiles, which cost a lot of money and took some time to deliver. We ended up not liking how they looked so we put them elsewhere on the property.
