(Initial review) Initially when Alex first gets your business, they seem responsive and even tells me about how shoddy of a job the previous flooring people did in my home (fixed by previous owners). But the moment any small issues come up, Alex just ghosts his customers. In the video you can see the cracks happening under normal body weight. I really wanted to believe that at the very least he and his team will try to provide any rectification, even if it's just to come out again to check on the floor to see what else can be done, like I wouldn't even have mind paying an additional small fee for materials. Instead, since he has been fully paid, he won't even see the project to the end to make sure he delivers on quality work. Little did we know that it's much harder than small tiles. But Feliciano came through and made the backsplash looks terrific. When it came to the floor tiles, the second batch I bought was from a different lot number. Feliciano examined the tiles and found the color slightly mismatched the first batch. If he didn't have the experience and advised me on the issue, I would have not found out about it until after the tiles are installed.
