Thankfully they had a time slot at 8am the next morning! The rate included initial treatment and also a follow-up treatment (if needed, within 90 days of initial treatment). The exterminator came exactly at 8am. I brought him to the kitchen and bathroom where I saw most of the roaches at. He put the gel bait and also sprinkle some other bait around, pulling out the refrigerator and stove. He also went into the bathroom and put some around the sink and the pipes under the sink. After that, I haven't seen any other roaches around. The entire process was super easy and Pro Don Pest Management was very accommodating. The technician who came was very, very friendly and knowledgeable. I also referred Pro Don Pest Management to my parents who needed an exterminator for a bed bug problem in my grandmother's apartment.
