No communication about the schedule or owner would say workers would be here and then no one showed up; again, without any communication. Had to constantly text and leave multiple voice mails before any response. No supervision of work so some work had to be redone. After 7 months the pool never was completed and our yard was left all torn up, We had to figure out ourselves what to do and find people to do at additional cost to us. We thought we did due diligence prior to choosing this company. Learning point is to be sure business is BBB accredited which this one is not.

Additionally, I have had warranty issues since my pool was constructed by him, well over a year now, without any resolution (light doesn't work, filter nosel broken, etc.) . Loud and noticeable air bubbles in both the pool and spa. Spa jets not having appropriate pressure. Plaster application was not performed well but he never came out to comment on it until a year later. Finally, items are in the contract, that were paid for, still not taken care of. His workers also destroyed my fence by digging and placing plumbing right next to the fence poles. Another $14k+ extra spend. I attempted to come to a resolution by identifying a chiller/heat pump to be installed for free instead, which he agreed upon. Of course, that was never installed. He also parked a digger in our front lawn for 5 months which was well after excavation and uneeded for our project (free parking?)?. Constant hassle of attempting to get work done and completed/fixed. I wish I had gone with a more established company.

The part cost $50 on Amazon AND it took me less than two minutes to replace it! Filter must be cleaned -- $150 -- The pressure gauge wasn't even reading 15 PSI. I cleaned it myself but it didn't need it. Your auto chlorinator is not dissolving the tabs. It needs an evaluation. They want to charge additional fees to see if there is something wrong with it! Chlorine levels are high. WTFF? They say they vacuum every time they come out. Their vacuum is battery operated with a netted BAG! Same thing as the Polaris - it picks up leaves but sprays the dust up into the water for the filter to pick up and leaves your water cloudy (they should be using a hose that connects to the filter).

That guy, Neal, is absolutely horrible. He seems like he just tries to see how quickly he can get out of there, doesn't care if the job is done or not. He was at my house for 8 minutes today and last week was around the same amount of time but then sends an email outlining what all was done . Service is to include vacuuming. He has lied twice saying he vacuums but have it on camera what was done. Bugs are still in the pool just as they were before he got there. We have canceled already but they were supposed to finish the month out but seems pointless cuz Neal does nothing anyway. Stay away from this company
