Lorenzo and his team were amazing -- I can't recommend them enough! He was responsive, gave great recommendations, and his price was extremely reasonable. The team showed up on time and were courteous. They even went above and beyond and clean up our yard. The job wasn't easy. We had his team prune a 30+ foot palm tree with 100s of dead fronds, an unruly vine that wrapped around telephone wires, and a overgrown tree that encroached onto our neighbor's property. The area was tightly confined, so we did notice some minor scratches on walls. But that was inevitable with the amount of debris they hauled from our narrow passageway. I called several tree service companies and Lorenzo responded the fastest. I asked that he come by my house and give me an estimate on a tree removal. His estimate was very fair and he said his crew would be by my house the following day. They arrived earlier than agreed upon which was no problem and promptly went about their business. In less than 3 hours they had removed the tree, removed all debris and cleaned the entire area. They did a marvelous job and I was very pleased. We had a large pine tree, hanging over two of our neighbor's yards. It was also leaning on the fence. I requested several estimates. Lorenzo's estimate was way lower than other tree services. He and his crew arrived on time, on the date scheduled. Lorenzo was pretty fast cutting down the trees. No damage to the fence or property. It was pretty cool to watch. He cut down the pine tree, and another tall tree next to it. He removed both stumps, along with 2 other stumps we had in the yard. He didn't charge us for the other 2 stumps. Lorenzo's crew were punctual and showed up in our place on time. They did very good and very neat job on taking out the big tree in front. A couple of years ago Lorenzo cut 3 trees for us very close to a fence and to the house structure. They did it very carefully and without damaging any part of the fence of the house,even though the trees were leaning against the fence. Lorenzo and his team did an AMAZING job cutting down our 100+ feet tree. Best part - there was no damage to the fence or the powerline since the the large branches were over the main power line and the line going into my house. The entire tree took around 11 hours to take down. They arrived at 7:30 on the dot as promised and prompted went to work.
