In this photo, the manager of the Dental Depot 23rd Street location, Felicia York, is seen on FaceTime while assisting a patient--allowing a third party to overhear sensitive, private health information. It is deeply concerning that this kind of behavior is taking place in a healthcare setting. This should never be acceptable in any medical or dental office, and I believe the public has a right to be aware of these violations.
