The first person I spoke with was a lovely woman who was very helpful. She said that they didn't accept my insurance. Once I heard the cost, I told her I would have to shop around. Once I hung up, I remembered that I have a Visa debit card linked to my health reimbursement account that I typically use to pay for non-covered things. I called back and got a different person. I explained the conversation that I had 60 seconds prior when I called and when I asked if they would accept my card (I've found that not everyone accepts 'FSA' cards as they are called) was met with "you should call your insurance company and find out if you're covered". I explained that I was already told that they didn't accept my insurance but simply wanted to know if they would accept the card. Again I got push back telling me to call my insurance company. When I asked to speak with the woman I had previously spoken with, I was told she was unavailable. I then said that I typically could find out if the card was accepted from the billing department and asked if I could speak to them. Again I was told they were unavailable. I then asked for the man's name. He said Todd though I'm not sure if he was being truthful since he know I was not happy by now. I've been going to this office since November 2016 shortly after my son was born. Christina helped me loose 58 pounds. I put on a tiny amount of weight and am now trying to get myself down to 145 and Christina is helping me do that as well.
