I was so glad I stopped byLos 3 Potrillos on the way back to OKC. I had spent the last week in Little Rock and could not find decent Mexican food. It seemed like everywhere I went, there was a lack of depth to the food. That wasn't the case here. The salsa and chips were better than I'd had in several days. I asked for the hottest salsa available and received a ramekin of orange, thin salsa - this could have been better if it hadn't been puréed and watered down. They have an awesome deal at lunch - $5.99 for all you can eat. Sold! I tried the burritos (ok), tacos (pretty good), enchiladas (yummy), flautas (meh) and the rice (good). When I pass back by there in a couple weeks, if it's lunchtime, I'm sure I'll stop in again because you can't beat the value of a cheap all you can eat Mexican made to order restaurant. read more

I judge a good Mexican restaurant on two things: Margaritas and Tamales. I can understand not everyone like Tamales like i do. But if you can't make a good margarita, you're not a Mexican restaurant. I know we're in a dry county, but you guys can do better than cool aid or virgins at full blown price tag. As for the tamale tapatia, I have never even seen tamales served with sour cream and lettuce no chili sauce??? What's up with that. I ate there for lunch about a year ago and they were ok but tonight? I won't be back. Rositas in Greenbrier don't sell margaritas but their food has you beat. Right down to the fried ice cream. For paying attention to the reviews on this wonderful place I missed out on some GREAT and CHEAP eating while I was in Arkansas for 3 days. I finally decided to come on the last day and let me tell you I am kicking myself for not coming sooner the chips were warm and fresh the salsa was great and had great flavor the fajita was sizzling on a hot skillet and done to perfection. 3 people ate and it was 34$ total amazing place I would recommend it to anyone on the Conway Arkansas area best spot in town hands down and for the price can't beat it !!!!!!! read more

I lived in Los Angeles for over 25 years so I know good Mexican food and I'm picky. Since moving to Arkansas, I've been disappointed in practically every Mexican fast food and restaurant I've visited. I'm always on the lookout for a good place. I Cook Mexican food myself and it's better than anything I've had here. I ordered two of the Los 3 Potrillos' largest burrito, incidentally named the "California" burrito. I requested one be made with "no beans" because my son won't eat them. I asked several times for them to mark the boxes. When I got them home (a short trip), we discovered that they were not marked. On further inspection, it didn't really matter because neither had beans. I guess they figured it was easier just to leave them out of both than to mark one. These were supposed to be Carne Asada style, which I've never seen in Conway. Nobody seems to make one. Some claim they are, but they are really fajita burritos. They are not the same. Anyway, aside from the burritos actually being refrigerator cold, they pour this white cheese dip over them, which seems to be popular out here for some reason. Also, sour cream in a burrito is really Taco Bell style; sour cream isn't used in authentic Mexican food. Lettuce is also something that is better left to a hamburger. All in all, they really weren't the worst burritos I've had here, but were still just blah. Two burritos for $20 isn't what I'd call cheap either. The salsa (and I use the term loosely) was so overly-salted to the point of being inedible. Salsas here are also not really salsa, but just thin hot sauce that really isn't very hot. Bottom line, the food isn't terrible. Most people here would probably enjoy it. I don't think I'll return. I have found street coaches here with better burritos for 2/3 the price. read more

I was hesitant to eat here because it was attached to a hotel (in fact, when I stayed in the hotel a few visits earlier I didn't eat here), but on my recent trip to Conway my friend insisted I HAD to try it. I am so, so glad I did. First off, this place is very casual, and the staff are EXTREMELY friendly. Our waiter pretended that he couldn't speak or understand English very well so that he could joke with us about whether we'd ordered Sprite or water, and about whether he would join us to eat. He was SUPER attentive and smiled the whole time. It really felt like we were eating more at a friend's house than a restaurant, and I hope he's my waiter the next time I go back. If you can't decide what to eat (because they have a LOT of options), I recommend getting the all-you-can-eat lunch. ONE plate, and we were stuffed. I was too full to ask for more! All the food is fresh, hot, and beautifully served, the drinks are delicious...and please, if you're going to get dessert, get the tres leche cake. You will think you're getting just a normal white cake when they bring it out...then you will eat it and be in heaven. read more

Standard Tex mex but still good. We both got different types of fajitas and the servings were large. Next time we will order one to share. Also ordered the queso fundido with pico de gallo in it. Very good, but you'll need to eat it with tortillas, too thick for the chips, which were also good. Service was good and plates cleared quickly. We stopped in at 3:30pm on a Sunday. There were a few tables, occupied but it wasn't busy, by any means. The hostess gave us menus and assured us that someone will be with us soon. After about 5 min of waiting, someone dropped off chips and salsa and walked off without acknowledgment. And after eating our chips and salsa for 10 min, no one got our drink orders or anything. The other tables were being checked on but we were ignored so we left and went somewhere that wants our business. El Acapulco is 1/2 mile down the street. It's cleaner, cooler and within 5 min, we had chips and salsa, drinks and they'd taken our order. read more

Not impressed at all. This is a place to go binge drinking because obviously you need to be drunk to think their food is good. The best thing I had was the salsa after salting it but the chips smelled burnt (The chip warmer temp was too high). Wife got a quesadilla with rice and beans, what is with Arkansas MEXICAN restaurants making rice with green beans, carrots, Lima beans, and peas in it?!?! I've worked in a Mexican restaurant and this is just an abomination to all Mexican or even tex mex restaurants. I got a burrito loco and all they put it in is steak or chicken...they put cheese dip on it and call it a burrito. So sad for fellow residents of Conway who eat here. MUY BUENO! Stopped here for a second time as we passed through Conway on our way east. The food is absolutely delicious and the margaritas are huge and perfect to quench your thirst. It was a memorable meal the first time we came through in June 2014 and again it did not disappoint in February 2015. The fried Ice cream and fried plantains are a perfect way to finish your meal. When in Conway - give it a try. We will, for sure, if we are back that way again! read more

Food was good. But who experience was rushed. My wife could only eat half hers and asked for to go box. We stopped by restroom as we were leaving and we forgot the box at the table. Great place! We shared the shrimp and chicken fajitas! (yummmm!) The service was fast and friendly and food was delicious.

Like it?? NOPE!! We LOVED it!! We went to this restaurant because we were tired and hungry and it was located in the motel we were in. We had low expectations just because of it's location. Motel restaurants can be pretty sad. We ordered the fajitas for two and it was one of those Susan Boyle moments when she started to sing and the world rose to their feet. First of all, no one ever serves us more than we can eat, ever. Well, it happened. You have to see the mountain of perfected prepared chicken, beef, shrimp and bacon. That's right, thick sliced bacon cooked perfectly. Never had fajitas that way before but the bacon just tops every off and makes you want to dance. Add in the peppers and onions and it's something to remember for a long time. Also it's a very clean place with excellent service and very reasonable prices. The people of Conway should be proud and pack this place every day. I'm hungry just thinking about it. read more

This place was our go-to spot in college, very affordable and very delicious! I adorable the seafood fajitas, the last time I was there they had scallops and imitation crab (not just shrimp). The margaritas are solid and the waiters are all friendly and fun. They also have a good selection of beers if you're not feeling the tequila. Great spot for a quick, cheap Mexican meal! read more

This is home of the $1.50 drafts and the world's tallest wafter fountain (it's at the entrance, the thing is like 5 ft above the floor). What to order? We are not from Conway, we were here to visit our son. He knows I love Mexican food. This place is very good. I had the carne asada burrito with rice & beans. There was no room on my plate for rice & beans because my burrito was huge. They removed the charge from my bill. The burrito was very tasty but I didn't like the cheese sauce they smothered on the burrito. I still enjoyed the meal. We ate in the bar because there was 10 of us in our party. The music in the bar was to loud to have a normal conversation so we just talked louder. There are TV's placed all over tuned to different sports or games that are on. Our waiter was very good at keeping our drinks filled and checking on us. I believe the manager came around to our table too. He recognized my son, and others in our party. Me and my cousin will have a girls day;so came here, we had the worst service ever! It took 10min to finally figure out who our server was, another 10min to get 2 WATERS; and 30 minutes to get our food(taco salad and a quesadilla) and the place smells like dirty dishwater mixed with fabulso. read more

Los tres is not great. There is no great Mexican food in Conway. But it is pretty reliably decent and that makes it better than all the other Mexican restaurants in Conway. Most dishes are not very spicy but you can ask them to jazz it up for you and they will accommodate. read more
