It's a good way to start your child in appreciation of the classical dance plus music. Most of the teachers here are quite young but also experienced dancers. We have Miss Nadia as her regular teacher. She does very well with the little students (the most I've encountered is eight toddlers), however a parent or other adult must be in the ballet area at all times. Ballet tutu, shoes and tights are available for purchase. There is a recital already scheduled after about 8 weeks of classes. Lots of playful and creative ballet during class. If you are genuinely looking to improve your dance skills, become more precise, and better express yourself on stage, based on what I have seen, NDM is the most effective at achieving this.
