However, my wife was highly disappointed in the service and attention from the cashier or food attendant. I mean, it was closer to three and he was a high schooler, what do you expect right? That killed her vibe, for the place. I thought the food was fairly good, the lemon tart and croissant was delicious. Absolutely loved it. The chips and sandwiches were good. There was alittle too much salt on my wifes sandwich, which I confirmed. We do like salt. It's a great place to swing by, but nothing to go out of the way. I believe we met or saw the manager of the place. He truly does care about it and works. He was cleaning tables, and putting things up. I would've made the schooler do that before he left. The Pink Adobe isn't cheap but worth EVERY PENNY, while so much of Santa Fe has changed since the 70s with commercialization and invasion of the hipsters?
