Pajarito Brewpub and Grill is such a fun spot with a warm, rustic pub vibe. The food came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The sweet potato fries are definitely worth ordering! The service was amazing -- attentive, friendly, and genuinely fun. Cyd is the best and made the whole experience feel welcoming and relaxed from start to finish. The ambiance is cozy with a great mix of bar seating, high top tables, and booths, plus the decorative indoor lights give it a laid-back atmosphere that's perfect for hanging out with friends or winding down after work. Great beer selection too!

Such good food but the desserts were all a bit dry. They were quick with service and the vibe is as expected. The sweet potato fries are amazing

Very good reuben and fries and enough food for two meals. I ended up devouring the fries on spot and then took the sandwich home for later. It's still good even re-heated!

We stopped in here for lunch because we were hungry & thirsty. It's a great place for both! I had a buffalo chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese. For a side I had the Cole slaw. I very much enjoyed all of this. My friends Judd the chips & salsa, a ton of chips and a mild salsa. It's a good place to do lunch!

Worst sandwiches ever! We ordered the Reuben, soggy bread, stingy meat and horrible sauerkraut.

Worst sandwiches ever! We ordered the Reuben, soggy bread, stingy meat and horrible sauerkraut. We paid 3$ extra for sweet potato fries that came with parsley and Parmesan cheese on top???! Sauerkraut was also only on 1/2 of the sandwich. Not worth the 22$ we paid.

I have been meaning to come here for a long time. Finally had the chance the day after Christmas. I went with the Reuben Burger with the side of Broccoli Piñon Salad. Both tasted really good. The service was great, had the soda refills coming on time. We even shared some laughs. I would like to come back for a few pints and try the chicken wings I saw at some other tables. Stay tuned.

Kids burger, more bun than burger.

Food was pretty good, friendly and attentive service, atmosphere was very casual, clean but otherwise unremarkable. Decent selection of draft beers. The burger was cooked perfectly with a good char. Fajita Salad was more fajitas and dressing with chips than salad, but still good. Kids burgers were really small but served on the same size bun as an adult burger. Fries were just OK.

When I made the reservation I asked for the opinion of the woman I was talking to about indoors vs outdoors and she said she loves their dining room so I went with inside and I'm glad I did. Cute little vases with flowers in each table not over done and very homey and classy. We ordered a cocktail and some appetizers including the blue cornbread. The cocktails were interesting and fresh. For dinner I had the best sea trout EVER! It was perfectly cooked, tender, juicy and full of flavor. I would get this weekly if I lived there. My husband ordered the tamale and it was a fresh twist on the New Mexican staple. Literally little celebrations in every bite! If we are back in Taos we will definitely return to Love Apple for it all: food, service and ambiance. Well done!

This was a must stop recommended by many people so we were happy to secure a reservation and dine there. Ambiance was nice, we enjoyed the warm lighting and how it was inside an old historic catholic church. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable as well. I will say- the food was decent but it was nothing extravagant or to write home about like others have mentioned in the past. A lot of items on the menu have like one or two ingredients that I feel throw the dish off, so it was difficult deciding what to get there. We ordered the cornbread, mussels, the trout and the bison when we went for dinner. By far my biggest complaint with the whole experience was the fact that it is a cash only establishment, with no ATM even available on the property. You have to drive beforehand to the closest Allsups and withdraw whatever you feel will be the most for the check plus gratuity. This really limits what you can/can't get on the menu depending on how much cash you bring. I personally do not enjoy feeling limited by that or having to do math at the table in my head to make sure I got enough to cover it all. This also makes people look at the menu beforehand maybe online to get a good idea before driving to said gas station. They say on the website it's because "By forgoing transaction fees, we can better support our employees, serve organic food, and boost our local economy." but in reality I believe it's because they do not want to pay credit card fees and whatnot. Their sister restaurant Manzanita (which we also dined at) was not cash only though which was odd if they are related, so something isn't lining up at The Love Apple. We still had the best time with each others company which matters the most celebrating a special occasion, but I'm not sure I'd go out of my way to tell everyone that they gotta go there when they are in Taos.

The lamb tartare was expertly prepared, and perfectly complimented with housemade potato chips (seasoned, very crispy, and the right amount of vinegar). The ratatouille was phenomenal; very flavorful (both the veggies & sauce), perfectly cooked veggies, and some crispy kale. The steak tenderloin stew was excellent, and I appreciated that the Christmas chile sauce was on the side so you could add it to taste. The meat was tender, the stew had a good flavor to it, and the chile sauce brought it to another level. My girlfriend loved the green chile pineapple sorbet. It had a lite chile flavor, and wasn't too sweet. The orange blossom tres leche cake was outstanding, with the cake and meringue cooked to perfection (both with great consistency), and the lowkey orange blossom flavor complimenting things very nicely. We ate at the bar, Ben the bartender was a great server. His notes on the dishes were informative and accurate, and he also recommended some places in and around Santa Fe for us to checkout... I've been hearing about Joseph's for some time, and on my most recent visit to Santa Fe finally visited for dinner. It was the meal of the trip. The restaurant itself has a charming neighborhoody feel with several rooms, wood beams, local art, and adequate spacing between tables (one of my pet peeves is the lack of privacy caused by tables too close together.) The food. Oh my. Food should not bring me this much pleasure... It's an award winner, so call ahead.

My husband ordered the Guajillo Braised Boneless Short Ribs, which were cooked to perfection--tender, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The fry bread and the Picuris salad were excellent and truly memorable. The restaurant is located inside the beautiful Hotel Santa Fe and offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere, with a wood-burning fireplace and a very friendly staff.
