We get the burger and cut it in half , and it is gray in color and recognizably microwavd. I then take my burger off the bun to further investigate and it is cold and at this point obvious it was microwaved burger. Absolutely horrendous. And for this reason alone, we will never go back here. If you can't find the time to fry a burger then do not serve food. Period.

My only piece of constructive criticism is that when I got my 3 growlers filled at the end of my visit (because they have good beer and I wanted to drink more later), my growlers were neither sealed nor labeled. For those that don't know, breweries usually label the growlers with beer your ordered and seal it so it doesn't leak. I've only ever run into this once before, it was in Amarillo, TX. I didn't make a fuss about it but it didn't come off as the most professional or polished in that respect. I'd really like to see them reexamine this part of their operation and possibly consider branded labels for the growlers (so that you know what you're drinking) and branded caps (their dog logo would fit perfectly and be a good way to rep the brand). This was around 8pm, brewery was empty except 1 other patron, brewmaster, singer, and barmaid. No wait for service therefore, I wanted to sample the jalapeño beer. Upon initial sip, you taste jalapeño but the aftertaste is definitely sour pickle w a slight burn, later on it gave slight heartburn. The Carolina Reaper beer which is spicy and hot was available but the taps would have to be reconnected. The bar maid explained that it burned going in and out so I declined. The seating appeared to more outside than in, a few tables, cushion seats, and a pew was visible inside. Stage for open mic night, the singer was one man, Johnny Cash-type country voice. I'm not a big beer drinker as use to be but there are distinct flavors here that can be explored. Laid back atmosphere.
