They offered a wonderful range of juices, smoothies, plant based food options such as taco meat, veggie burgers, black bean brownies, salad dressings and mac and cheeze sauce as well meal kits! The owner is not only talented at the food she makes but also very generous, polite and gives back to the community by donating some proceeds of her products to different causes. The heart of palm's texture is more stringy than flakey, but not that different. The greens were very good. I'm not sure what they are seasoned with, but they had a bit of a kick... With all transparency it was the mac n cheese I was dreading... Every vegan cheese I've ever tried didn't melt right and it was just off. This was not. I'd put this up against the mac n cheese at a lot of BBQ joints and I don't think you could tell the difference. Once again...very good. I don't think I'll ever be vegan by choice, but I'll tell you what... If something in my life/health ever makes that choice for me...
