Ordered food online at 7, scheduled for an 8 pm pickup. I get there at 745, let them know I was there for an online order. 8 pm comes and goes, nobody comes out and asks what I'm waiting for or lets me know the status of my order. 815 comes I ask for a refund. The dude with the weird haircut gives me attitude and walks away so I ask one of the other workers if I can get a refund. She completely ignores me and goes back to the kitchen. 5 minutes later they come out with my order and ask if I'm sure I don't want the order. No I'm good I don't want an order you just made after I asked for a refund. The guy was extremely rude saying there's other places I can go, and that they were fully packed(which they were not) and that they were super busy and that other people had waited longer. I walked in with two other gentlemen who got their food and were gone already. They then told me I had to request a refund online since that's where I ordered, but the site doesn't offer a cancellation that I saw. Do not recommend this place. Rude and seemingly lazy staff. Typical mexican fare. It was fairly bland. We had fajitas and choripollo. Neither were amazing. Guac had chunks and it was pretty good. Salsa and chips were good. I may go back and try the mole. read more

The building seems bigger from the outside, but still plenty of room to sit. The service was quick & friendly. Food was hot, fresh & flavorful. Drinks were so yummy. This was a place I'd wanted to try for a bit. I got the raspberry margarita, which was perfect. The chips and salsa were good. The cheese dip was a little thinner than most but had good flavor. I ordered the quesadilla that had the meat combo and mushrooms. It was filled with ingredients and the rice was really good! Our service was good, but it took a bit to get someone to our table. We have many Mexican restaurants in this area, and quite frankly Primos was much better. The chips were fresh and not greasy, salsa was very flavorful, and not overwhelming. I ordered two tacos, but was brought a taco and enchilada by accident. Instead of asking for what I had ordered I ate what I was served. Taco was tasty, shredded beef was very good and not fatty, lettuce and cheese fresh. The enchilada was very good. Chicken was exceptional, and chili sauce very good. Service was above average. If you see pre-made margaritas like we did in a juice dispenser, RUN!! I don't who the people were or how their taste buds are to say that this food is amazing or great and it is not. I got a better buzz from a store bought Strawberita than the pre-mixed margaritas they have. Overall, I will never come back. I ate here on 7/15/21. This is definitely my top 3 favorite restaurants. The atmosphere was wonderful. My son loved watching soccer while we ate. He loved his taco salad. He ate more than normal. My daughter tried the enchilada with beans and rice. I was impressed she tried something new and she was impressed with how good it was. I ordered delivery through DoorDash, but I had to leave a review because the food was AMAZING! I just ordered the chicken nachos with a side of pico and salsa. That was the most chicken I have ever gotten with a platter of nachos! I ended up having so much leftover chicken I made tacos out of the next night. And it was just as tasty the next day reheated! I've had this place 3 times and evey time I get my steak tacos with corn tortillas cilantro, onions, and etc. Cool right. Well flavors are there my issue is the what you guys do with the corn tortillas. Do you dip them in the oil before you serve them or what because everytime my tacos fall apart when I go to eat.
