I did have a pair of progressives from a previous optometry office in Mountain View, but those didn't work and the folks there weren't trying to help me make it better, so I just had those converted to single vision lens. Dr. Lodenquai took her time and made it happen with the help of her staff. The front office staff are friendly and helpful with making appointments and answer questions thoroughly. Lisa walked me through insurance questions I had and provided much needed clarification. Ed made sure everything worked out with my glasses when I needed to get a little more power added for reading. He also took time to help me pick out a great pair and he really made the process a fun experience. These are people who care and who create a pleasant atmosphere for customers. Never went back to Eyes again until yesterday to have the nose pad replaced on a Kawasaki frame I bought from them because my optometrist does not carry Kawasaki parts.
