Well, it was NOT to expensive, and the amount of stuff they had blew us away. The different styles and huge selection are amazing. Customer service was top notch, and we pretty much bought everything for our entire house, and plan to buy more. We love this place. The people complaining about not being "helped" are also the ones who would complain that the staff was bothering them if they kept asking them if they needed help. All you have to do is go check this place out, and I promise you will love it.

Was just looking at the time. plan was to purchase after closing on the house to prevent moving anything twice, Today I drove the hour + to get there from Granbury. I wondered around in the store for at least 15 minutes and have not been approach by a sales person yet. I saw two sales people waiting on customers. There were other people sitting behind the check out counter, no one even acted like they were interested in me. One of the sales persons and a customer walked to the check out counter as the customer was making a purchase. The second sales person I saw earlier, walked past me as I was just standing in the area of the counter waiting for a sales person. The second sales person went behind the counter collected her things and walked past me and out the door. The whole time there was another sales person sitting behind the counter. When we were there about four weeks ago we found some things we wanted to buy. I ask the person waiting on us then if I should call before driving the distance. He assured us that that was not necessary ---as he put it, they all ways have the items we were interested in stock. Back to today, after standing by the counter for at least another five or so minutes. One of the people behind the counter finally looked at me and said "are you ready". I am not going to say she was rude but she sure acted as if it was a bother to wait on me. And of course the Items we had picked out were not in stock and she said they might be in two weeks from now if the truck makes it. I ask if I could buy the ones on the floor and she said she can not sell off the floor. I can not tell you how disappointed I am. The experience today was nothing like what we had before. I am not sure I will return--there are other furniture stores with more helpful staff.

THEY BILLED ME $1785, and took TWO days to pack. NOT what the Customer Service rep promised AHEAD of my booking. She said (as does website) they'll send 2 - 4 movers to expedite packing. Instead 2 dedicated but unsupported by their company movers showed up and BUBBLE WRAPPED EVERY SINGLE THING (then took a photo) and insisted they'd get fired if they didn't. The plastic kitchen small trash can? YES. ALSO BUBBLE WRAPPED. The individual plastic patio plates? YES. ALSO INDIVIDUALLY BUBBLE WRAPPED. So in 10 hours they did NOT "pack" my SINGLE PERSON 1BR apt. (half of which I'd packed myself prior to their arrival). A SECOND DAY to move was added - which is not easy when you live in uptown Dallas high rise - I had to secure the freight elevator and moving hours etc. AGAIN, the final bill was THREE TIMES what THEY quoted me. After multiple "customer service" conversations they have offered to take $100 off. Soooooo IF you want your few belongings packed OVER TWO DAYS and to the tune of THREE TIMES THE EXPECTED BILL move forward. If you value your TIME, MONEY and LIFE ENERGY... like this post and GO FIND ANYONE (and I do mean ANYONE) else to help you move.

I booked clutter based on my monthly bill being only $138 but I have been paying $400 for the last 3 months and have yet to get a full explanation on why!!! DO NOT USE CLUTTER!!!!! We were a bit pressed for time, so we didn't get to really look at everything, other than to take a quick look through the warehouse. The warehouse is a real sensory overload. They also have yard sculpture pieces outside that I did not look at. They have good prices on some really good looking cabinets, as well as doors of all kinds. We have a older house, and so will be slowly renovating. DHW will be our first priority of places to come to for that vintage look, as well as the current stuff. Maria was very nice to show me around, and we were stunned at how much stuff they have.

Someone is always close by to answer questions or to show you where the "next big thing" is located. And guess what you didn't even know you needed it, but you did, and it made your life so much easier. It was time to redo one of our closets and the annual Elfa sale was on. Yep, time to head over to The Container Store to design the space. The designer showed us our options and designed it all out on the computer and gave up options. As the designer was finishing up the closet, we HAD to wander around the store, they've got such cool stuff especially all the little, small stuff up by check-out. We chose what we wanted, paid for it, and then set up an appointment for a pick-up of all the shelving a few days later. Of course, when we arrived, it was ready, and packaged up.
