Misleading price alert! If you want last minute 4th of July shirts beware. Big sign says $6.98. The rack and shelves are full- but not one shirt on that rack or shelf is actually $6.98. pharmacy is absolutely atrocious came the day prior to pick up a prescription; was told to wait for a consultation with the pharmacist. after the consultation, was told to wait for an hour for them to make the medication. so I came back an hour later, which was hour before pharmacy closed, they told me to come back tomorrow bc the pharmacist left for the day. so I came back the day after, was told to consult with the pharmacist again and waited for an additional hour. there is no communication or paper trail. absolutely a big waist of time! read more

So I asked a manager what time does customer service normally close and he replies "normally 10pm but everyone called in. Do not return diapers here if you get them as a gift at your baby shower. They only give you half of what they will sell them again for in the store! I got 15 dollars back for a box that scanned on the app for 32.98! I got 54 dollars and returned 2 boxes of 72 and a box of 174! I can't even buy another box of 174 for that price! I get deliveries. Not able to drive regularly. The delivery drivers are always good. No issues. Today I ordered 21 items. When delivered 2 were unavailable, 1 was damaged and 2 were missing around 20%. Not good. Unfortunately this is not uncommon. Need to get fixed. read more

Walmart committing fraud! So I just checked out of walmart (380 in crossroads), and as I am leaving I am like "why was it $40??" I check my receipt and it had added stuff to my order!! Keep in mind that when I walked up to the self checkout, the screen was new and there were no other items listed on the screen. So it wasn't because someone had started an order and left and didn't finish. Come to find out that the customer service rep told me that they knew the machines were adding items people had not purchased, and they are working on replacing them. But they keep those machines open, letting people use them knowing people might not check their receipts. Unreal! This is fraud! Walmart should pull all of those machines and use real check out clerks until the issue is resolved! How many people unknowingly paid for items that they never purchased?!! If you have a big cart full of food, you most certainly would miss that items had mysteriously showed up on your bill that you never purchased! read more

This Walmart has gone downhill drastically. Items never seem to be stocked, and if you ever do a pickup, about 70 percent of the time items listed as out...are there. Last night, my kids and I were in the fridge area, and workers were dropping f bombs along with talking about kicking each others butts....customers all around. How is this acceptable? A few weeks ago, some girl pulling groceries for someone was face timing her dad or boyfriend on the cart. She was not even watching what she was doing. Since when did working a job turn into an extension of living at your own house? I hope something changes and can't wait for HEB to open. This store is super creepy and it's the only one by me. They have loss prevention people that literally follow customers all over the store. It feels uber uncomfortable and honestly is unnecessary given the fact that the store is fully recorded with cameras literally at every turn. read more

Here is what really bothers me about Walmart is the help. If you can even call it that. The order pickers block the aisle so you can't pass through. They don't even acknowledge you. They are just drones with a job to do. I don't mind even checking out my own order but it just is unforgivable to me about what happens in the aisle. Product distribution is still a problem. Sometimes they have the dog treats I buy but often I go home empty handed about those. Their chicken is average. They don't carry Double AA eggs. They almost never have Tru Moo milk and the list goes on. They make it a place where I "have" to go to instead of "want" to go to. read more

There is frankly nothing wrong with this location. Milk and eggs are priced lower than other area locations due to Aldi being nearby. They normally have everything in stock. Drawbacks are very few manned cashier stands and the lack of a tire/lube center. read more

This is Wal~Mart. What can you say? This one seems to AWAYS be out of stuff. A week or so ago I came up twice in one week and they were COMPLETELY OUT of limes. LIMES! This is Texas...and Summer! C'mon we need limes for everything from guacamole to margaritas! They do have great deals on clearance stuff usually. However they NO LONGER PRICE MATCH at this location. IDK why...but I use the Walmart App for Savings Catcher is that doesn't bother me too much. My only real complaint is that they don't have a fresh butcher meat & seafood counter....overall it's always clean and most of the associates are friendly and happy to be there. read more

If I could give this location a -0, I would. Their pick up service is absolute pathetic. I placed an order online at 11:58am. The only slots that were available for pickup were 6-7p or 7-8pm. I chose 6-7p. I received the confirmation email, then a delay email at 6pm. I then received the "Check In" email at about 6:50p. I immediately Checked In. The order then stated it'd be ready at 7:08pm. I parked and waited....and waited..........and waited. It's now 8:00PM!!!!!! The associate continues to come out asking for names, loading people's vehicles that arrived AFTER me. I'm livid because now, they've authorized $80 on my credit card, 3 of the items were out of stock (advised at the last minute- definitely a BAD PRACTICE WM), now my new total is $32.00. At 8:20p - I left. It was a freaking NIGHTMARE! I will NEVER, EVER use their pickup service again. I see why their employees are pissed at them. They don't take care of the employees and they certainly don't give AF about the customers - just the dollars. PIMPS... I'm disgusted with this entire process/service. TARGET it is from here on. Fraud! The supervisor got to go. No people skills whatsoever. Why is this the lowest rated wal mart in the country? Go and you'll see. It's the hiring. I checked out and was charged $300. Lady in front of me had card issues. The Cashier said machine couldn't get receipt and "had been broken" and then called for rude superior "Hollis" who told me that I had to swipe my card again. I said no. I Opened my bank app and charge for $300 went through. Why would I swipe and get a duplicate wal mart charge? I said I'll just leave this cart here and I'd better see the charges removed. They grabbed my cart thinking I was going to leave and insisted they couldn't give me a receipt because the register didn't work. They then asked me to go to customer service. I saw the long line and refused and just left the cart there. I told them it wasn't worth another hour in store and I'd better see the charge resolved. We are unfortunately stuck with this poor management at Walmart...we had a pick up order placed here from 9:00-10:00. My husband arrived at 9:10 and was sent a message that it was delayed to 9:30....At 9:45, Walmart cancelled the order and did not give a reason why. When he went inside all employees had left before it was even 10:00... then today when replacing the order they canceled 7 items, including apples and cucumbers, without offering a replacement and saying they were completely out...even though when my husband went in there were plenty on the aisles...we will not be using pick-up here again, as its embarrassing how terrible the management is...with so many options for groceries today, it's pretty easy to move on to the next option... read more

This review is for the grocery pickup. Were it not for the somewhat courteous employees I've dealt with in this area, I would give only one star. The check in feature is a joke, as it seems to make no difference how far in advance you check in once you're actually on your way.....you'll still have to sit and wait for a minimum 30 minutes when you arrive, before anyone actually acknowledges you. And by acknowledging you, that includes ANYONE coming to your car to take your name, anyone answering the phone when you call the number on the sign in front of you that they ARE SUPPOSED TO ANSWER. I get the majority of my groceries here twice per month. After using the grocery pickup service for several months now, I have noticed a consistent degradation in customer service and especially in employee's attitudes (terrible). They just don't a flying f**k and take their sweet time in getting around to getting your order out and loaded in your car. In the time it takes them to get my order out, I could have gotten and paid for it in the store myself. Kind of defeats the whole purpose of pickup in the first place! I'm done with these people's shitty, could care less attitudes. I'm fu**ing sick and tired of WASTING 30+ MINUTES sitting in my car, each and every time I place an order. I just had the worse customer service experience of my life. So unhelpful and extremely unprofessional. It's my sons birthday tomorrow and my wife had purchased a play station gift card from there this morning. It hasn't been used and the card is in perfect condition with nothing scratched off. She brought it home and when I told he wanted money not a gift card I went back to return it. I went back to the store same day and tried to return it. I explained the situation and the team lead, Hollis, told me that gift cards are non-returnable items. I asked him if that was the case where it stated that. It's procedure and policy for non-returnable items to be listed or communicated somewhere. He began to raise his voice and tell me it's not written anywhere but he is telling me. He then told me that "this wasn't my house". So condescending, arrogant and just down right rude. I asked to speak to someone above him and he refused. He then said the store manager was in a meeting but couldn't give me a time as to when he would be out. I also asked him his last name and he wouldn't provide it, he said at Walmart we don't give our last names. I asked for an employee ID, or someway to identify him for when I call corporate, he also refused. In the meantime an older gentlemen, an employee, approached me and asked what was wrong and if he could help. I told him there wasn't anything that he could really do and explained to him what had happened with Hollis and how Hollis was treating me, and he said "Hollis treats me that way too." I asked him who the assistant or store manager was, and he was able to provide me with those names. I thanked him for being kind and helpful. So not only was the team lead of this store rude to me but he is also rude to other employees. I waited a little longer and then Hollis asked me to leave the store. The way I was treated and the behavior from a team lead was completely unacceptable. I will never shop at that location again after this instance and how it was handled. read more

I was in the store a little past 7:30am. Needed to grab something on my way to work. I was in the next isle when I heard a lady disrespect someone. I heard her say something about "you're an hourly associate you can get it yourself!" I was shocked and of course, because I didn't see what was happening I went around the corner because I felt like I needed to say stand up for that associate. Only realizing she was talking through the two way radio. I wanted to say something so bad but didn't want to start an altercation. Her name is Nancy, as what says on her badge ID. SHAME on you Walmart! I placed an order for a grocery delivery today. This is the second time I've ordered delivery and you all don't put the address on the order for the drivers. Luckily, the first delivery driver called and I was able to give her directions to my home and received my order. HOWEVER, on the second delivery today, I received a call from Door Dash stating the driver could not find my address. For some reason, Door Dash could not modify the order to include the directions to my home. Yes, I'm in a new community so my address is not on Google yet. I called the driver to give him the address on how to get the neighborhood, but GUESS WHAT, he did not speak ENGLISH and I DON'T speak SPANISH. I even used Google translate and texted the driver the address on how to get to the neighborhood since that address is on Google. He NEVER responded. I've had plenty of deliveries from other places. I tried calling Walmart 4 times and on the 5th try I dialed the option to speak with deli and the guy transferred me to the grocery delivery team. The person said he would cancel the order. I never received an email confirmation so I went to Walmart and walked to the customer service desk. The lady seem like she did not care about this happening. Please make sure your drivers speak English because this was a huge inconvenience for me. I ended up going to another grocery store for my groceries. read more

This is a review on the grocery pick up. I've hesitated for a while to write this review because the employees are so sweet. But Walmart has just about sold me on not using this service anymore. Consistently, they give us the WORST produce, damaged containers or something just plain rotten. Or they leave out things you buy. It's like we're the red headed step child for using the service in the first place. I stopped buying meat from them unless it was just something you absolutely can't get wrong, like ground meat. But the photos say it all. The picture of the chives are from the moment I took them out of the bag and so is the sweet potato. Seriously, I would have told the customers they were out of stock before giving them useless produce. I didn't even give it to my chickens. The bag of cherries was spilling out cherries from the side. And these are just the pics I took. We've had rotten celery, molded cherry tomatoes, lost bread and Gatorade. And when I tried to call to at least find out about the Gatorade, they took my number and said they'd call me back. Never heard back. read more

Yes, vet verified it's a bone of small animal, most likely a rat/mouse. $7.47 Walmart would not refund my money. On top of that Manager Britney was a complete b_tch about it. Don't come to this Walmart with Coronavirus still around. The people shopping here do not care about any arrows on the floor and are for sure not wearing any masks. I regret coming here. To add insult to injury, after waiting in a long line the cashier couldn't scan my yogurt. None of them and she didn't know what to do. So I left with out some of the items I wanted. Also, why is lane number 1 the only one open? That is the lane with the trading cards. So the people that want to check out the trading cards get in the way of the people in line. No one cares about your personal space or 6 feet. Management could do better with the planning. This situation is not new anymore. Adapt and make things better. This is the first time in 7 weeks that I felt unsafe and I've been to Walmarts all over the DFW recently (including Dallas and DeSoto) with no issues. read more
