Armament answered on my first call and responded the same day. They were able to determine the active leak which was stopped, and were even able to refer the interior water damage to a local contractor to fix the interior ceiling damage. The room was impossible to access from the attic, so more damage assessment will be done once the ceiling is exposed during repair. I'm very happy for their work, honest advice, and overall great customer service. I would definitely recommend them to all!!

Imagine our surprise when it took over 6 weeks, with little to no communication, to handle tear down and build up of 2 feet by 30 feet of wall. (We did have asbestos abatement, however that process took only a week). We also received an invoice for a subcontractor detailing actual charges versus what we were billed for. The costs billed to us were marked up over 100%. I understand outsourcing to subcontractors and up charging within reason. But over 100% up charge is wild. Would definitely recommend doing your due diligence before retaining this company as your contractor. We were told that they would match whatever our insurance would have paid and then were charged double. Disappointing to say the least. We paid in full but cannot comfortably recommend or so anything positive.

Robert called and stated he was ten minutes away. 45 minutes later I receive a text stating his vehicle would not make it up the road to my house. This is often an issue as there are two roads to take. One is impassible. Google Maps knows this and routes people the easier route (which semi trucks and large vehicles take daily with no issues). Prior to the conversation with Robert, Jose stated if Robert couldn't make it up that day he would schedule me for the following Wednesday for Inspection. No one called or showed up Wednesday either. When I called Robert THE OWNER to ask what happened to my Wednesday appointment he said I wasn't honest about how far up a dirt road I live on (like I didn't provide my service address originally.) When asked why I never received a call about the missed appointment I was told I should have called him. Why is the customer responsible for confirming an appointment the contractors office made? Absolutely horrendous customer service and an absolute joke of a contractor who takes zero accountability for his companies poor organization. If I could give zero stars I would. DONT BOTHER CALLING THIS COMPANY. They'll just waste your time.

Mine receive full sun exposure with 10 east and 10 south facing. They are also the only company that would install the panels I wanted, REC alpha pure rx 460's with 2 Tesla power wall 3 batteries. The install was clean with no conduit running along the roof , everything fed thru attic. I produce more power than my friends 26 panels ( all south facing) q cell system. I was so worried about this purchase, however now I'm just disappointed. Disappointed I didn't hire Sunmade sooner!

I couldn't see the damage because I can't get on the roof (I don't even own a ladder). John responded quickly to my voice mail and came out the next day to evaluate the problems. He showed me some photos of several spots that needed repair. It was more extensive that I thought. He covered the spots with some tarp, just to be safe. John was great and we agreed to a reasonable quote. Alta-Cal Roofing staff showed up promptly this morning and took care of all the repairs. They were a very pleasant to work with, got the job done quickly. Home maintenance is not exciting, but I'm happy to feel like I'm protecting my investment (home). Overall the experience was good, I am very satisfied and I highly recommend Alta-Cal Roofing.
