The owner (I assume ) whininess in contact with asked me for my paperwork and if I didn't have it it sounded like he wouldn't do the warranted work. That was the first thing that was not cool. I did and I was still covered . He said he would go fix the leak and he didn't. I had to reach out several times and he finally went and didn't tell me he went or what he did. I had to again chase him Down to send me a photo and some documentation on what was what issue and what he did. Well 2 weeks ago it appears we still have the roof leak in the same spot AFTER he supposedly fixed it and AFTER we paid someone to rip out all our drywall and repair the damage caused by the roof leak. I contacted Landeros and they said they'd be out the following week. They never showed . I wasn't surprised. I messaged them and asked when they're confirm with no response . I WOULD NOT Recommend.

But David spent his time to sit down, listened, gave a suggestion and advice what we should do.... Be honestly their work worth every single dollars. This is our first business build from scratch so we was really careful on financial things and their price is a little higher than different company. But hey! You got a triple back for what you paid for.! They go really detail on their work! Example: ( with pictures). - After I kept changing my mind how to set thing up which make the interior scratch and dirty, they end up repainted whole interior to make everything look perfect. - To paint around electric outlet, instead of just cover the outlet and paint, they remove it and paint then put it in again. - Instead of put the projector screen on top of the bar, they took time to build and custom stand for it. - instead of make the bar level, they make the bar tilt tiny degrees to make sure if there is liquid spill, it will not get into the wall. ..... Im pretty sure im missing a lot of good things during their work. We got a lot of compliments about how nice our store turned out out ---------- Now time for afterwork service!
