First time coming here. You need an appointment but they were able to take me as a walk-in. I waited about 15 mins which is very good. I got a mid fade with an edge up. It was ok... I'm used to crispier lines. It was a bit overpriced for the work actually being done... plus they still added a tip. Will not be trying this place again. read more

Every barber here is well qualified. I'm picky about my hair and always notice other guys haircuts as well. I've never seen a bad cut in this place. Miguel is the man, always fitting me in with an appointment, sometimes coming in early or staying late. The atmosphere is top notch and Edwin, the owner, is a great guy. Got my haircut there just this past week. Walked in without an appointment and was greeted in a few minutes. I was told that I would have to wait until a barber was free since Saturday's are usually appointment only -- but I was seen in 5 minutes! First time going to an actual barbershop - the atmosphere is great. Everyone's just chilling having fun and also acting professional. I've gone to Great Clips in the last 20 years of my life and never again will I go back there. I wasn't too sure of what kind of haircut to get so I showed my barber a picture and he worked with it. The barber I reached out to has no concept of good customer service. Their booking app wasn't working on my phone so I reached out directly to one of the barbers over text. His response was, "it's working for me, try again". At what point did it become impossible to book an appointment over the phone. He didn't care that I was taking my business elsewhere, either. I understand that there might have been some missed appointments by people which prompted them to require credit card numbers with each booking but it's a turn off for new customers. Build a relationship as barbers with your customers so that they're loyal. read more

This was actually my second time coming here. I'm not from San Antonio but I do travel to and through there quite a bit. First time I went I scheduled an appointment. Adam Ramos gave me an amazing fade and shave. I show up as a walk in a few months later (today)and they take me in. Miguel hooked me up with an amazing haircut and shave.
