Despite being the only customer in the drive-thru, I waited a few minutes before anyone took my order, and the employee on the speaker sounded annoyed that I was there at all. The payment window experience was much better - the staff member was friendly and happily added fries to my order when I asked. Unfortunately, things went downhill at the pickup window. The employee opened the window without any greeting and simply stuck my drink out. When I smiled and asked "how are you today?" I received only a frown and complete silence in return. Her only communication was telling me to "pull up to window 3" while pointing to window 2. Thankfully, the young man who delivered my food at the correct window was friendly and professional. I'm not looking for anything free - just sharing feedback. With so many dining options in the area and service like this, I'm unlikely to return to this location.
