You're allowed to have a bad day, but not allowed to be down right rude to customers without losing business. I was with my 13 and 4 y/o. My 13 y/o was picking up on the tension the male server held when interacting with us. It started with the us waiting for someone to take our order. We had drinks early, but no server interaction after that. I politely asked the hostess if she would get a server to take our order. He (server) came over pretty immediate after that and was irritated with me from then on out. So instead of asking clarifying questions, he misunderstood my order for kids and I. An extra entree was brought out by other stuff. I let them know I only ordered/wanted two dishes. They took it away. Then the server brought the dish back to my table telling me that I ordered it. I tell him that no, I only ordered the two dishes. He yanked the dish back up and left. I was filled with rage for about 17 secs, my teenager was noticeably disturbed... but I let it go. We finished dinner. I didn't request anything else from server staff, although I normally would have (refills, etc.). The check was brought by a different server, and he looked at me as he set it down in front of me and just stood there. It had THREE entrees on it, although I only ordered/wanted two. My check was corrected after I asked politely. I paid and left. We frequented this establishment at least monthly. Won't be back anytime soon. Do better! Only in Mississippi can you find a Mexican restaurant with no liqiour. The food is ok. No harm no foul. Fairly inexpensive and decent service. The chili relleno was awful and swimming in a runny queso. The cheese was overwhelming on the beans. It was as if the motto was. Cover it in cheese if all else fails. We stopped here on the way home from a road trip. We were looking for something quick and fresh, and this place certainly didn't disappoint. I had the fish tacos and they were excellent. The tacos were so big that I only ate one and was able to bring the leftover two in a box to go. My boyfriend had chicken fajitas, which were quite good as well. I have never experienced such bad customer service until the night of 09/4/2022..My family and I came in and after what seemed to be several minutes we finally got our drink orders taken... while telling our waiter our chips were burned and we needed new ones we waited longer... we never got our chips and after finally getting our drinks after sitting for additional 20 minutes we watched as other parties were serviced and meal orders taken. To add insult to injury one large party entered and every member of the wait staff ran to their table and we still had not been asked for meal orders...we were disregarded and so paid for our drinks and left... We will NEVER PATRONIZE this establishment again... we were highly mistreated. read more

Tonight on September 4, 2022 was the worst experience I've ever had at this restaurant!!! From the time my family and I walked in we were treated as if they didn't want to serve us. As we sat down at our table It took them several minutes to simply take our drink orders! They brought us burnt chips with our salsa, we asked for fresh chips but never got them! One of our relatives never even got her water that she wanted. And we were never asked what we wanted to eat. As we sat there and watched two other families come in after us, they were waited on and their orders were taken immediately! I will no longer patronize this restaurant!! We ate here as a group of 10 on Sunday and the service was really good. Great environment. I had the Fiesta Fajitas and they were so good.

We go here atleast once every 2 weeks. We travel all the way from Byram because it's the absolute best. We always stick to the same plates pretty much.
