It was nearly 100°F outside, and I was trying to give my service dog some water to prevent her from overheating. Another staff handed me a paper towel, and after my dog took a few sips, I immediately cleaned up the small amount of water that had gotten on the floor. Without any warning, Kierra approached me in an aggressive and confrontational manner, raising her voice and stating that I could not let my dog drink water from the floor because it was "unsanitary." I calmly explained that it was dangerously hot outside and asked whether she expected me to let my dog suffer from the heat. Rather than showing any understanding or concern, she continued to speak to me aggressively. What was even more alarming was that Kierra stated that service animals were not allowed. This was shocking to hear, as service animals are legally permitted in places of public accommodation. Whether this statement reflected a misunderstanding of company policy or a lack of training, it is deeply concerning that a security guard would make such a claim to a customer. The entire interaction left feeling very disturbed. There was no reason for the level of hostility or aggression that I experienced. Very low level and gross behavior. Instead of handling the situation professionally or respectfully, Kierra escalated it unnecessarily. I am deeply concerned that an employee in a customer-facing security role would behave this way toward a customer, particularly one accompanied by a service animal during dangerously high temperatures. I hope this incident is taken seriously, investigated thoroughly, and addressed through appropriate training or corrective action to ensure that no other customer has a similar experience. Because of this encounter, I no longer feel comfortable returning to this location.

The same male manager refused a refund because the ice cream was "melted" since it was purchased 30 minutes ago. Our friend didn't know we had tried this flavor before and didn't like it and just wanted to swap it for mango. Here's the "melted" ice cream that we weren't allowed to return. The workers are always so kind and sweet, so is the female manager, but this guy is always hostile and aggressive to selective customers. This place is always busy and packed and many times I see people do the same thing where one person sits when another is on line with the food and seems to be an issue as of recent. I don't know the reason, but I've never had a problem doing this before in the past 2 almost 3 years. We purchase all of our food, sit quietly, clean up after ourselves, I don't see the issue with sitting while another purchases or why we couldn't return an unopened box of ice cream just to swap flavors.
