Our child participated in one of their one week camps, and was hurt twice - she suffered a hurt leg one day, and a hurt arm the other day. In each case she required a day of rest to recover. We asked LG Elite to reimburse us for the two days she could not attend on account of being hurt - events which in our opinion were caused directly by her participation the camp. They informed us they would not do so, and while we could speak with a manager they would not make an exception. In my opinion our position was completely reasonable and they present as being far more interested in money than the well being of their campers. I would not trust this camp again. read more

0 stars - but that wasn't an option, so went with 1 star Facility: clean as a gymnastics place can be. Coaches: tooo soft and gentle many times kids look bored to pieces. The girl coaches are even more exhausting: talking softly (with more makeup on than Madonna) and barely having kids do much. Many coaches don't know what they are doing. We've tried this place 2xs as various ages for our little one. (1) 18-20months class...um we were in a class with babies who could barely stand. The coach was a sweetheart because she was really focusing on the babies (having them become stable) but why the **** have us in this class when you see our kid is just walking around. (2) 4 years old: Ninja class: the rings are so low the kids just walk right past them, there is no real force to do anything, some kids are rolling on the ground, spacing out and hitting others in class. Moms spend so much time trying to talk to their own kids to flow (the coach) from the door- it's annoying. When my kid's coach came to me one day and told me another kid hit my kid as he was waiting his turn....I was over this place, my kid knows more than 90% of the things (as we've come from another gymnastics place) and wanted to try this because it was closer to home on weekends. But 2nd strike I'm done! Side Note: I saw another coach (he had a boot on one leg with crushes) teaching the 5-7year old and he was able to keep his kiddos in line and doing everything. But he must be THE ONLY ONE. Skip this mediocre place. We're back to our fav place in Santa Clara with our fav coach of 10 years now. read more

My kids have taken several classes her on and off over the past 8 years. The owner is amazing, sweet and giving. The staff at the front desk is always smiling, energetic and helpful. There are several rooms that they rotate through with all kinds of skills to learn. I always recommend this place to local families. Another plus is they let you make-up missed classes. read more

We had our son's birthday party at Los Gatos Elite on Saturday, May 24th. He wanted to do Ninja Training for his birthday and LGE came highly recommended. The staff went above and beyond with the party set up and clean up. The kids had a great time moving from room to room jumping, climbing and running around. The staff makes sure the parents are allowed to sit back and enjoy. They even helped take the gifts back to our car. If anyone deserves 10 STARS, it's Los Gatos Elite! My daughter started gymnastics (Mighty Mites) with Coach Laura when she was 4. She has been attending for about 8 months, and she continues to really enjoy it. I don't have experience with any other gyms, but I find LG Elite to be clean, spacious, and fairly organized. There are tons of classes to choose from depending on your child's age and interests. There are aerial, gymnastics, and ninja classes. They also offer camps and birthday parties. My daughter attended one week of summer camp, half day. She had a lot of fun but one thing to note is the coach changes every day. This was a little hard for her just because she likes consistency. Coach Laura has been amazing since day one. She is always energetic, positive, and encouraging of her students. A few other parents and I have noticed how she is very clear in her instructions and does a great job of keeping kids focused. There are monthly fees and no annual fee, so you can join at any time. Makeups are super easy to schedule online. They're also easygoing about attire so kids can wear leotards or just comfortable clothes. Easy and ample parking! read more

My son attended the Lil Ninja's class (he is 4) for several weeks. His "coach" was terrible, she was unable to manage a class of 4-6 young children, didn't demonstrate the exercises, spoke in a near-whisper, had a flat affect and appeared more concerned about her hairstyle than teaching the kids. My son came away with literally nothing from the class, and I found it to be a huge waste of time and money. He took gym classes at Little Gym in San Jose and they had a far more effective teaching approach with coaches who wanted to be there (or at least were better at acting like they wanted to be there)! The facility is always packed, smells of feet, and there are multiple classes going on in the same rooms so it can be distracting. Don't recommend the facility at all. read more

I just hosted my daughter's birthday party here last week. mia was really responsive while planning and her and coach Yunuen did a wonderful job encouraging the kids to explore and play on all of the apparatus. After a year of waiting we got into a highly sought after class only to discover tonight that you have to enroll twice to enroll into a class. The first enrollment was an email and a follow up phone call but the second enrollment was an email sent at the same time as the receipt which gets buried by gmail, so I never saw the second enrollment email request. The person at the desk we checked in with did not explain the double enrollment process so we got surprised at the second class. What a heartbreaking experience. I wish the enrollment email or the person at the desk would've given us a heads up, since the process is so unusual. The instructor was very kind and tried to help us but my follow up phone call to the business was ignored until I posted about it here. read more

We hosted my daughter's 7th birthday party here. Everything was perfect from when we pulled up (they met us in the parking lot to carry decorations and cupcakes!!) until we left. The staff was SPECTACULAR with the kids - they explained the "rules" of each room before the kids were able to play so it was safe and fun. They helped all 16 kids in the ninja room so everyone felt successful getting through the course. The staff served food, lit birthday candles, and loaded presents into our car at the end of the party. Honestly, I was against paying for a party but it was worth every penny. My daughter said it was the best birthday party she's ever been to and was so happy it was for HER. The kids loved sharing how proud of themselves they were for being able to climb/flip/jump etc. If you're considering having a party here, DO IT! You will get to relax and enjoy watching all the guests play and have a blast while Elite takes care of everything else. read more

We held 2 birthday parties in a row for our daughter at LGE, and had an amazing experience each time. The staff is super helpful and responsive and the price is very reasonable. All I had to do was show up 20 minutes before the party with my decorations and the staff handled everything. From putting up the decorations to engaging with the children and coming up with fun activities for them, to cleaning up and loading everything in our car for us. Best experience I ever had. They are amazing and highly recommended. The kids had a blast. read more

Los Gatos Elite is large facility used by many different types of gymnastic and athletic students and teachers. The building resembles a warehouse with windows. A long hallway runs the length of the building with large indoor viewing windows for each room. The exterior windows give the rooms plenty of sunshine. Each room has a name, such as the balance Beam Room, so you can locate someone easily. There are numerous chairs scattered about, so viewers can sit and watch comfortably. A viewer may also go upstairs to view the activities from above. The gym is very "user friendly." The hallway also features cubbies outside each room for the students to conveniently place their outdoor clothing, water bottles etc. Their are three large bathrooms, one of them has a diaper changing table. I have always found the hallway and bathrooms spotlessly clean. The very large entry foyer has a partition set aside I suppose for the teachers. There is also a reception desk and a display of gymnastic clothing for sale, mostly for small children. There are several over-flowing boxes of left items on the floor which I think could be displayed somewhat more neatly. (maybe larger boxes or more of them.) The address is easy to find, right next to McDonald's but further back from the street. There is plenty of parking in a large lot. One enters this large building via an unassuming side entrance. Unfortunately, one must pass very close to a huge trash bin to arrive at the door. I wish the owner could find a better spot for the bin. It is sometimes disgusting and the place is called "Elite." read more

They lost longtime customers during the merger with West Valley Gymnastics. My kids had been taking rec classes from WVG for 16 years - since they were able to walk, in the Mommy & Me classes. Before that, my two sisters-in-law trained on their team for 8 years. Both of my kids were taking WVG's Advanced Tricktsters, which was great for teenagers and incorporated parkour. At the beginning of the merger, LGE assured us that they would transfer over seamlessly. As the merger finalized, LGE changed their tune. We went to observe, talk to coaches, talk to managers, and the story was all the same - that they have a SIMILAR class, but that our kids would have to first try out, and then if they passed they would be put on a waitlist because all classes were currently full. It did not make sense at all to have to try out when they were already taking the class for years at WVG. They didn't seem to care. So they basically told us "too bad, so sad." read more

I don't know anything about gymnastics, but I drove my kid down from Richmond for a birthday party of like 15 4 year olds. To say I was impressed with the staff would be an understatement. The two staff worked with these kids so well. They were incredibly skilled at group management, setting expectations, and using strength based interventions with the chaos that is a herd of 4 year olds. If I lived closer, I would have signed my kid up for classes on the spot. read more

We have been there for about two years or more and was just booted out while enrolled in 3 classes paying over $400/monthly. It all began in July 2024 when I couldn't understand why my child wasn't being taught tumbling skills she would need later for cheerleading. My family has four gymnasts and I was surprised to find out she wouldn't be learning a handspring in her gymnastics class unless she took an additional class. I enrolled her in this extra class and on her first day she was injured when the coach didn't use the smaller handspring rolling mat for her. I asked that they make sure accommodate their smallest new member and things appeared to work out. After a discussion with Mia I came to understand that Ava could be best served by having private lessons since that could focus on development of specific skills. I met with a coach mid July 2024 who stated she had availability (I spoke with her today and she still has availability!) I filled out the gymnastics form immediately in July and received no response. I called and asked in person about private lessons for four weeks or more and still no info. I was told every time that a manager would reach out. Luckily I had a fender bender and was late and when I expressed my concerns to the staff member waiting with my daughter (the owners daughter, I didn't know that at the time), she told me she didn't care if my daughter took classes there or not. She was super rude and had a snide look. I told her that I was going to complain, she sarcastically told me that she was going to speak with the manager too. Within a couple hours I was then issued a refund of some prorated class time for this month and my child unenrolled. I was told in an email by the "manager" that I had been rude to the staff but she couldn't pinpoint anything I had said to be rude. She gave me no credit for the make up lessons I had banked that were probably worth around $2000! She couldn't care less that I had been reaching out to her for so many weeks. Beware, they are there to collect your money, they do not actually care about you, or your child. The manager is too busy to actually manage the place properly because Los Gatos Elite is acquiring a new gym west valley and she will not return communications from parents. I was told that by the staff of west valley today when I called once more to find out about private lessons. If you're lucky you might get an email that most likely you'll miss! We were dismissed because I expressed my concerns and there was zero consideration given for my car accident or how my child might feel after losing her gym classes. Two years + of abysmal customer service, is really enough given today's events. They have a lot of young inexperienced staff members and it shows. I've seen how they handle little children that get injured there too. Not even an ice pack was offered and the poor little boy had blood running down his face from a head injury! I used to sit and study in the entrance for the three hours Ava was in classes there so I had an opportunity to witness firsthand other parents experiences. Too bad they have such a toxic owner's daughter that does "IT", and a manager that couldn't be bothered with someone trying to reach out to her for five to six weeks in a row! Beware of some of the staff that hangs out around the desk as they are petty and catty and aren't well trained to guide you, answer questions or really help you. You too can spend or waste $$$ and not get what you're looking for! Good Luck! read more

I love LGE. My girls have been going here since it opened. The owner Kristina is wonderful and pleasant and professional. She's very hands on and involved in her business. The front desk ladies Jessica and Kenzie are kind and easy to talk to and have excellent communication skills. It's simple to schedule make ups. The gym is clean and well maintained. Some of my daughters favorite coaches include: Carlo, Skylar, Kennedy, Laura, Jerzy, Jessica and Juliet. There's nothing to complain about besides the owners husband being a cowboys fan. But other than that, i have been very pleased with both of my daughters progression as gymnasts. We also left west valley gymnastics as it stunk like stinky musty feet and they had an extremely high staff and coach turnover ratio and it was unorganized and boring over there. Over here at LGE, it's welcoming and bright colors are all over the gym. The equipment is beautiful and it's an upbeat high energy atmosphere. read more
