Fresh, warm, and full of flavor, they took everything to another level. It's a small spot, with big taste. The ambiance was clean and inviting and we loved the red roses hanging from the ceiling - very cool idea! There were even fresh flowers on every table. The Al Pastor Burrito was big and the filling pretty flavorful. The other two were just okay. The meat one was bland, but filling. The Bean & Cheese had Rice in it, which we had asked to exclude. My daughter, who ordered the tacos, only got one of the two she ordered, they gave her the Al Pastor, but forgot the Vegetarian, as well as the side orders of rice & beans. This may have been a miscommunication, when I called the dispatcher asked which truck I was picking up at, so maybe the full order never made it. Our order was ready by the time we got there. All -in-all not an unpleasant experience, maybe 7/10, we'll probably be back because it's convenient, but there's lots of better Mexican food in Salinas.
