When you book, Danielle will tell you that you have the option to create a special potato to add to the menu and give it a unique name. My daughter chose one from their special menu and we named it after the character she played in her recent musical. They happily added it to the menu and even included quotes from the musical to their "special" board. They parked the truck in a convenient location taking into account the older and mobility challenged guests we'd have coming. The food was plenteous and everyone raved about it. (I'm not being dramatic, they really did!) They were so helpful and courteous to our guests and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Containing Majority wide noodles with chicken. It had so much flavor. I could tell just by the aroma the truck was giving off from a distance the food was going to be fire.
