Pico del gallo (tomatoes and onions) would have made this salad 2x better as it blends well with iceberg lettuce and gives is more flavor. It comes with free chips and two condiment cups of salsa. Both sauce cups were spicy. Service was quick as I was the customer at 6:30pm. One weird thing, the menu on the wall with the photos, some items don't have prices on them. Unfortunately I have to give a less than positive review. After being here several times, I must report that the food here is inconsistent. Sometimes it's good, more often it's lackluster at best. The service is always friendly and helpful, ready to make suggestions. My usual, lengua tacos, hasn't been that impressive. The woman behind the counter recommended a super burrito, so I asked for steak and shrimp. While the flavors were not bad, the steak was tough and the shrimp was rubbery. I may have to take a break from this spot for a bit. There really isn't much ambiance. It's a hole in the wall type place (I typically like those) but this place is different.
