    Carnitas Quesadilla
    Sheila M.

Conveniently located within walking distance from my work. This is my go to truck for some delicious cheap tacos whenever I'm too lazy to drive anywhere or don't have my car. $1.25 for all tacos except for shrimp which is $2. My favorite is the shrimp taco!! I've also tried their steak quesadilla. It tasted pretty yummy as well. I thought it was a bit pricey for a food truck though. I'd just stick to the tacos.

I usually hit this taco truck up at least once a week since it is reaaaallllyyyyy close to my work. My usual is lengua and cabeza (which is not listed on the menu). I tend to stick to just the tacos for $1.25 each versus the burrito not because of the price but because the burrito tends to have too much "stuff" for me. By stuff I am referring to the rice and beans. The lengua and cabeza are too good on their own to bland it out with other "fillers". The lengua can be a bit hit and miss. At times it is a bit chewier than I like. The cabeza is always spot on. Soft, moist, delicious....like a piece of perfectly cooked pot roast but with much more flavor. I like the minimal toppings on the tacos. It comes with fresh cilantro, chopped yellow onions, radishes. lime and pickeled carrots and jalapenos. Just enough ingredients to not overpower the actual star of the dish...the meat!!! The lady working there is always nice and has a smile on her face. Service is super fast. I don't think I have waited longer than 5 minutes in any of my many visits. I've only tried one other thing on their menu. The shrimp tacos as a recommendation from people at work. Not bad, good size shrimp, good flavor. I would probably try these again if I were not totally addicted to the cabeza!!! Give these guys a try.

Very good food! I would recommend 100/100. The tacos are so bomb. My go too always! There red/green salsa is bomb. The service is very great

Dominic's is my favorite food truck in the entire bay area…read more I've had food at almost all the food trucks between SF and the peninsula, and some from the south bay. It's a hidden gem for sure, and as you can tell from my photos, it's pretty much my #1 choice whenever I see them at a food truck gathering. It's a good and bad thing that they're not well known (good because there is no line or very fast wait, bad because they definitely deserve everyone's business). I've gone to them so much that they recognize me, since I tend to follow them wherever they go, even if it's at a random school fair, haha. Lately, I haven't been eating out but I do miss them. Low key they serve the best lobster rolls in the bay, with the best price. They know how to butter and grill the fluffy fresh bread so well, and they always have the perfect drawn butter ready. It's so great with their addictive skinny fries - even better if they're garlic fries. Their garlic is very freshly minced, and they bathe you in that garlic. They only do the lobster rolls once in a while, though. They always have a rotating special menu that I like to try, but they also have a solid standard menu. On their standard menu, I love their grilled fresh crab and shrimp sandwich, which is a nice substitute for lobster; it's also buttery, creamy, grilled perfectly, and filled with fresh sweet seafood. Just writing about their food makes me salivate. They've missed a couple of times with me - mostly on their Asian items, fried appetizers, and desserts. But if they're doing meat, seafood, sandwiches, or pasta (basically American or Italian), I'm all in there. Their lobster ravioli is way better than Costco or Trader Joe's, and probably on par with some upscale restaurants out here. You can even request slight modifications to your food and they'll get it done. They also have a regular catering business and offer pick up orders (usually with a 4 person minimum) for holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc. While I enjoy my no wait time at Dominic's, I'll spread the word because I just have a good day any time I get to enjoy their food.

Most of the crowd was centered near the front of the park where the band was playing, but I decided to wander all the way to the end. That's where I found Dominic's, a sleek all-black food truck that immediately stood out. Their menu listed steak nachos, but I asked if they could make steak asada fries instead -- and without hesitation, they said yes. That alone told me a lot about their hospitality and flexibility. And let me tell you, those fries were absolutely delicious: juicy, tender steak packed with flavor, layered perfectly over the fries. To top it off, the guys surprised me with complimentary mini cannolis, which made the whole experience even sweeter. While most people stayed near the busier area up front, I encourage anyone visiting these events to walk the entire park and check out all the trucks -- you never know where the hidden gems are waiting. Dominic's is one of them. Yes, prices lean a little higher, but the quality, flavors, and service make it more than worth it. Thank you, Dominic's, for a fantastic meal and a happy tummy! Highly recommend.

Fresh, fast and delicious Mexican food in downtown south city…read more Taqueria Nochistlan is my ne favorite taco truck. I got an asada quesadilla and was blown away by the flavor. The asada was plentiful- with a smokey, crispy edge that was also juicy and tender. The cheese was fresh and the tortilla was soft. Delicious all around. The service was friendly and I loved that the taco truck wasn't overly crowded- nice, chill location in downtown south sf.

I've had the burritos and tacos here and both are really good. The carne asada and pastor are my two favorites and paired with their green salsa it's hard to beat for a quick and affordable meal. The rice is really good because it's not dry like most places, although they do put a lot of it in the burrito. The meat/rice ratio could be improved. Everything I get I eat right away, and it's always fresh tasting. I do appreciate the Serrano peppers on they include on the side for that little extra kick of spice The $10 super burrito is becoming a thing of the past but not here. You can get a big burrito that's flavorful and tasty at deal by 2024 standards. They push out orders pretty quick and even with a few people ahead of me, food comes out in 10 minutes or less. It's definitely staying on my burrito rotation
