    $14 .49 for a durazno margarita
    Ultima M.

First time here Parking lot is super small and since there was parking available It was meant to be lol Customer service is super friendly female server was very accommodating I mentioned it was my first time there and she gave me time to review the menu Inside is clean and there is a lot of seating available Menu is easy to read I ordered a quesabirria $7.50 it came with a small cup of consomé and salsa I ordered a margarita (durazno) It was too sweet for me So I got a modelo to off set it Chips n salsa are good chips are fresh and salsa is tasty Quesabirria is a no for me sorry It was soggy the consomé wasn't flavorful and the side of salsa didn't hit either I would totally come back and try some of their Molcajetes There is a small bar area showing sports with no volume The atmosphere here is welcoming, female server was very approachable and friendly Prices are reasonable Parking can be hard to find Super tiny parking lot that is shared with other businesses

My wife and I dine at Mexican restaurants all the time, and this is now ranked number one for us. First visit, best experience we have had. Outstanding food, excellent service from Josue and team, and a very welcoming vibe. Our new go to spot for Mexican food!!!

Chicken fajitas, ask for grilled more. rice beans guac sour crm, pico de gallo & corn torts
    Trish W.

My son and I go there because the food is delicious and you get a lot of of it. We typically share an order of chicken fajitas and they give us beans rice and all the fixings and it's just delicious plus the best thing they make their own corn tortillas, fresh right there and boy they taste amazing

Omg. Don't let the inside fool you. It dosent have all the bells and whistles but this place is sooooo good. 1 mocajete bowl is enough for 2 people trust me. The flavors are jam packed. I love this place and I definitely would come here all the time! And the staff is always friendly and come in a decent amount of time.

Very accommodating and friendly staff. Food came out quick. They have a mini bar at the front. The food was tasty and the portions were perfect. I'll just say that the mussels were slightly fishy but i just won't get them next time. The crab was well seasoned though. I look forward to trying other things at the next visit.

    Our Albondigas soup lunch!! Excellent
    Karen O.

My sister Kathy and I found this place while searching for Mexican Albondigas soup. We go to Mexico a lot and get it there, but it's hard to find here in the Bay Area. We each ordered a Cadillac margarita of course, and then the large bowl of Albondigas soup. They brought us chips and salsa, along with chopped onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and limes for the soup. It is the best soup I've ever had outside of Mexico. And I am very picky. Service was excellent by both Roxy and Juan, I would highly recommend this restaurant and it's our new place even though I live in Pleasanton, it's not that far. We will definitely be back!

I thought I took more photos. This was incredible.

Hi, move to Castro Valley years ago. I've been saying there is not a good Mexican restaurant in the area and it's a shame because I love Mexican food.. I am so glad I decided to try this cute little place that I just haven't gone to considering I've had not good luck other with Mexican cuisine other than take out in this area. What an adorable, cozy vibes this place provides. Everyone that works here is warm, friendly, and attentive. The food is top notch. Excellent. Delicious and aesthetically beautiful. I came here a couple weeks ago and then wanting to make a review. I just haven't had the time. Here are a few photos of our food. We were pleasantly surprised, and will be back to try all of the delicious dishes on the menu. Trust me, you will not be disappointed if you come here.

    Fajita combo
    Sonni M.

We were starving and needed a yummy place not far off the freeway. The service was great and fast. Plenty of seating (we had a party of 7). The chips and salsa were fresh and constantly refilled. I tried a Mai tai and it was very good. The portions...HUGE! My kids eat a lot and we left with some doggy bags. I got the fajita combo (steak/chicken/shrimp). It had plenty of shrimp. Served with rice, beans, tortillas, sour cream and a ton of guacamole. We also tried the carne asada plate. The meat was tender, juicy and seasoned well. It was topped with the BEST grilled onions I've ever had. Quesabirria taco was also yummy. The consumme was authentic and good. We don't live anywhere close and I'm bummed but would definitely return

    Steak fajitas
    Jean C.

So, I love molcajetes. This one was a little different then what I'm used to. I really loved the sauce and the veggies and meat. But I missed the nopales and cheese. Also had steak fajitas and they were really good. Enjoyed the spicy margarita. Prices are a little too high for me. But I understand meat is not cheap.

Los molcajetes appetizer plate. 3 tacos 3 sopes 3 quesadillas fritos and taquitos.
    Ac L.

We had a great time! They were so friendly and generous. They have a salsa bar and a full menu with their signature molcajetes! Signature cocktail and tequilas. We recommend the Los molcajetes appetizer it came with 3 tacos 3 sopes 3 quesadillas fritos and taquitos with sour cream, salsa and guacamole!

Mainly due to my dad being hospitalized around the corner but each night we have come and tried different entrees and all have hit the mark. We have had their quesibirrias which are large and flavorful, the super burritos with a generous portion of meat, green enchiladas and great ratios of everything else. Ate so fast we forgot to take pictures. We have also had their street lengua tacos and while these were good they needed a touch more salt but were plentiful. They have a nice selection of agua frescas from pineapple to Horchata to Jamaica and Coke fountain products. Their chips are fresh tasty and free with plenty of salsas to satisfy every spice tolerance level from mild to hot! Finally we tried the churros which I dare say were a bit dangerous (must try but full of sweetness) so only had one! The location is modest in decor and size but a warm and friendly environment with a TV with the latest games on make up for anything modern. If you want to come and enjoy a great straight forward Mexican meal this is your spot!

When we walked in, there was only one person handling everything--taking orders, working the register, and serving food. At first, we thought it was a semi self-service setup, so we ordered at the counter and then found a seat. My husband ordered the steak breakfast, but the steak was unbelievably thin. I got the super burrito, which was not "super" at all--the portion was smaller compared to other Mexican places, and the flavor was pretty bland. We spent about $46 in total, including tax and tip.
