You have to really check bagged produce when you buy it fresh to make sure it isn't moldy. In the past, as in over 6 months ago, there was a problem with panhandlers. Sometimes, an individual will ask you if they can return your cart for you and keep the quarter. It makes me uncomfortable, so I am glad that doesn't seem to be a problem lately.
