Our bus was supposed to leave El Paso to LA at 6:30 pm it's 8:05 and we still haven't left. Their excuse was that they are waiting on more people that are coming in another bus that's crossing from Juarez MX. This is unfair the bus is hot! I would no recommend Los Paisanos/Omnibus Express. This was my last straw with this company! The bus was very hot, and the air conditioning didn't work. The chargers didn't work either. It's been over two hours. They need to turn the air on at least. read more

Took the bus in El Paso to Chihuahua and the gentleman was awsome but once we arrived to Juarez to change drivers it went down hill from there. He was on the phone the whole time. There was about 20 passengers he should be held responsible. And he was driving below the speed limit. They need retraining and understand they can't be on the phone. read more

So practically everything went wrong. The bus stopped and we were stranded in the middle of nowhere. We were also stranded for five hours with kids and passengers aboard, it was also humid and the bus driver didn't even let us outside too get some air. The bus driver had no idea how too do his job and he didn't even made sure if the kids were ok nor none of us. Trust me don't ever get this bus if you're traveling I would suggest getting the tornado bus. read more

First.My Daughter gimme a raid to take the bus.when she went back to across the street for her car it wasn't there.! The MISERABLES took her car .and she has to paid 600 handred dollars to get it back.they said she park in a no parking space.! Lol the bus was a stinky bus my sit was loose.it move back and ford all the time..the only good thing was the Female Driver she was a Professional one.and i admired her . going back home from Dallas to El Paso, Tx and this is the worst trip I've ever been. it is 11:30 pm and I can't put my child to sleep or myself cuz the bus driver has the tv on and it's really loud. Then the bus is super hot, he doesn't have the air conditioner on!!! Never again will I use these buses to travel!!! read more

HORRIBLE customer service. Had to wait for 40 minutes for the bus driver to assign us our seats, turns out he was chatting it up with another bus driver and laughing, while we had to wait in the 29 degree weather for him to arrive. Then we had to go and pay for the tickets. Had to wait another 10 minutes, even though there were two workers there, just talking to each other. They said we had to wait for the person who was angling the cash register. They had zero interest in helping us or providing a pleasant experience with them or the company they work for. Pesimo servicio. No usare este servicio. El camion llego tarde, no son amables. Mi Salida era a las 7pm y termino saliendo a las 9pm.

Bad service not happy I lost my luggage and I got zero compensation , they never call me to apologize I had to be calling and calling to have an explanation and they just said "we couldn't find your luggage " so , at the and I got Zero refund for my lost luggage. so,I don't recommend this company I'm giving you zero stars.
