Having been on Keto in the past and studied Keto in depth I can say with certainty that the Pulled Pork Bowl is most definitely not Keto. Onions and the sauce throw it under the Keto bus, it might have sweet pickles on it too, which of course are loaded with carbs, but I might be mistaken as the pickles may be dill. But seriously, if you're looking for a filling, taste sensation that is somewhat low carb, try the Pulled Pork Bowl. You will be happy that you did.

Mind you, they had only been taking orders for about 45 minutes at this point in time. The chicken sandwich that I received was FANTASTIC! The fried chicken (which I believe was pork panko?) was extremely tender and juicy, the fry sauce had amazing flavors, and the frizzled onions gave it a great crunch - add the cheddar cheddar on there and this was EASILY one of the best sandwiches I've ever had... Okay not really, but it was so good! I thought their prices were pretty fair, too, especially considering the large portions. Then I realized the whole reason they didn't have a massive line like the other trucks is just because of how fast they are, and absolutely wasn't a reflection of the truck's food. The person working the truck was really friendly and I got my hot dog in under 2 minutes. All of the other food trucks had ticket times that seemed upwards of 10 minutes causing massive backups. I was so happy I got to try them and even happier they lived up to my expectations. Can't wait to see them at a future event!
