They have plenty of info on their web site and Facebook page along with photos of their cakes. There was no balance to the chocolate to raspberry ratio. The whisper of raspberry flavor that managed to make it into the bottom of the pastry shell wasn't even enough to make out a berry flavor at all. If there hadn't been a slight thin line of reddish color for the naked eye to perceive, I'd have thot it was all chocolate icing. Sadly, I think I'm done w/LaBaguette, I refuse to pay their expensive prices just to receive poor quality products.

I'm assuming they "baste" their cakes either a lemon flavoring because the only area that had any lemon flavoring was the immediately part touching the buttercream that I threw away after the first bite.
