We eat a lot of BBQ and it rarely requires that long of a wait. The food is smoked and grilled hours ahead of time which is why the cafeteria side is able to serve right away. Why is there such a long wait for the same food in the sit down space? Again, the food was great and the atmosphere of the restaurant was ok.
