The description of the dish included mango (I don't like it) and rice. I asked if I could remove those to ingredients and keep everything else: seaweed, cucumbers, edamame, carrots and pickled onions. Without hesitation the guy cooking said "absolutely, what I'll do is add extra tuna so you don't stay hungry without the rice". How cool is that?!? In about 5 minutes, I had my poke, that looked more like a salad at this point, really nice plated, and absolutely delicious.
