I never leave reviews, and I can't believe I'm leaving this one. If you choose to eat at a Five Guys, you're accepting that you're going to pay $20 for fast food, but Five Guys usually provides a good product. This location put SUGAR instead of salt on our FRIES (let that sink in). The staff would rather be anywhere else (don't necessarily blame them), but the service was atrocious. I got the worst milkshake I've ever received with chocolate pouring over the cup, and the worker just handed it to me with no napkin and no attempt to clean up the mess. Then to just top it off, I asked for a cup of water, and I got the equivalent of a little paper cone as my water cup as the final slap in the face. And don't forget to tip on top of your $25 you just spent for a burger, fries (with SUGAR), and a milkshake...... I will never return to this location. Save your money and save your time. Haven't been to a Five Guys in a while... so other than it being a little pricier than I recall the burger and fries were hot, fresh and delicious. The toppings also fresh and crisp. Care with the jalapeños the pack a real punch. I also have to say that the cashier there today was very friendly and she even did a wipe down and sanitized tables and doors while we were there. Yeah, the origional greaseburger from the fifties is back and here it is. I am sure the burgers are not very healthful. The fries are average and the staff is boarderline rude. The manager came over and said that picture taking was not allowed. I didn't even bother to ask why (this is a seperate franchise from Lauderdale I think). It's hard to find and has a cramped feeling stuck way back in a little strip mall. Processed cheese, ugh, well, I asked for the cheeseburger. Oh, they give away peanuts. Not the cleanest joint but they always get the food right. The burger itself is simple and delicious. The only option for cheese is American, and you can choose from a variety of toppings. I wish they had cheddar, but the simplistic menu is probably the reason why Five Guys is so consistent in the quality of the food. No matter where the Five Guys is, the food always taste great. I live in Pembroke Pines and drive to this location because the service is that good! I think the manager's name is Gino, he's super sweet and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure you're happy with your order. My family loves Five Guys, the burgers are top tier and NEVER disappoint. We're here at least twice a month.
