We stopped in for some burgers and fries around 7 or 8pm. We had previously had burgers at a different location and they were good, so we decided to try this location. The employees were very friendly to us, even though the location was quite busy. It took a lot longer to get our food here, but there were tons of orders before us, so we understood. Our food was done correctly and perfect temperature. The fries and my veggie burger were honestly exactly what I wanted. As I said, this location was really busy. The lobby wasn't very clean. The tables hadn't been wiped down, and the drink station was pretty messy. We sat in the indoor "patio", and every time we moved the chair, it made a horrendous screech. The chair and floor were clearly not compatible. The sound was so loud and awful. Needless to say, I tried to not move the chair much at all. read more

I love burgers and this spot was right on the way for me today. It's in a nice location. Seating area is plentiful; inside and out. They aren't requiring masks. Signage says if you're vaccinated it is now optional. The shake was my least favorite. I read red velvet and immediately fell in love. But it was not the best option. First, the shake was too thick. If it wasn't a to go order, I might have been able to get another. It may have been doable to drink straight from the cup but I was given the paper straw. That does not work well with these drinks. The straw collapsed on itself within minutes and I was stuck in the car, no straw, unable to drink this shake. By the time I got to it, I lost interest. The bacon cheeseburger---that burger FI yahhh!! It was the bomb. I usually enjoy the burgers. Meat was juicy and bacon was nice and crispy. If you love a good burger, check it out. read more

Brenda and anyone giving this place more than 3 stars might of gone to a different Burger Fi location. This is the dirtiest and worst managed store. This was my 3rd time at this location and I had the most mediocre experience yesterday! 6 yes 6 employees 4 of them just standing around not doing a god damn thing, 2 cooks and one of them is the only one actually cooking. We've been going to BurgerFi for years at various Miami area locations. We were in the Hallandale area and stopped in to this location to try it for dinner. This location is located off Hallandale Beach Blvd in the Winn Dixie shopping center (look for the Starbucks, it's a few businesses to the right of Starbucks). They have ample free parking in the shopping center parking lot. When we entered the restaurant, there weren't a lot of customers in the restaurant, with just one customer in front of us in line. We received a sub-par greeting from the restaurant employee, and she took our order. My partner and I ordered the CEO burger (think it was around $13 or so for a double, slightly higher on prices than other BurgerFi locations), and we ordered a large hand-cut fries ($7, also slightly more than normal BurgerFi prices). We also saw wine on the menu, and it also had wine on the store signs as well, and we tried ordering it and the employee said she didn't know why it's on the signs as they don't have wine any more. Kinda strange - but whatever, we just ordered water and had wine when we got home. About 20 minutes had passed and the food wasn't delivered to our table, so we went to the counter and we couldn't find any employees. About 5 minutes had passed and someone finally showed up and offered assistance. They then picked up our order where it had been just sitting in the kitchen window getting cold. The burger was good, however the fries were the size of a regular fries (not the large that we paid for). We like the food at BurgerFi, but this was a sub-par experience. read more

How about clean, efficient, and this is one of the best customer service I've ever experienced at a fast food joint. This is by far the best burgerfi location I have ever attended! This is my second time eating here. I came because they are offering a $10 special which includes a double cheeseburger, french fries and a soda or draft beer. I ordered the Cajun spiced french fries were absolutely delicious. The burger looked great my I had a few complaints. There was not enough of their sauce on it. I ordered grilled onions which never appeared on the burger as well. It was not seasoned well, no salt or pepper it was very bland and super greasy. Now I know why they serve it in a paper holder so you don't get grease dripping down your hand as you eat it. Overall it was pretty good I don't like to badmouth business especially during these hard times. I'll be back hopefully my next burger will be less greasy. read more

I do enjoy a good gourmet burger! While I don't mind paying for quality, I do find BurgerFi slightly pricey for the small sized burgers. They are juicy burgers and I really like the buns but with so many other options nearby it's a tough sell. Having the logo branded in the bun is a nice touch for marketing and is unique for a photo but that's it. My by favorite part would have to be the fries! They are sold separately and come in a small or large which is great for sharing. They are crisp with some salt seasoning. Worth getting with your burger! Last night we ordered takeout for the whole family... Every single person's cheeseburger was absolutely delicious and made exactly the way we ordered it. They gave us extra cheese which was nice... We ordered the family size of the french fries and they were absolutely terrible. In my opinion each french fry was totally under cooked and lacking in salt. We ended up having so many extra french fries that were terrible and nobody wanted to eat them so we toss them in the garbage unfortunately. I love this place. The burgers are always made fresh and I don't know what it is about them but they taste amazing. I like that you can pick from a variety of toppings and that they most certainly do not skimp out on the fries. Their burger-fi sauce is awesome as well and I personally enjoy the Cajun fries, not too spicy but so much flavor. The thing about burger-fi is that the service is very slow from order all the way through receiving the food - it might just be this location though. It was so packed when we went that we had to wait for a table. And even with that there was only 1 cashier who was trying to do the orders, the shakes, and the to-go stuff, poor girl! Has been a while since we've been there. The last time, we were disappointed at the staff that looked if they wanted to be somewhere else. My wife ordered a single Burger-Fi Cheeseburger and was told that this burger didn't come with any toppings. Only the double Burger-Fi Cheeseburger does. So, she didn't really get what she wanted. Strangely, i you look at the menu on the website (and also in store), you'll see that you can have the Burger-Fi Cheeseburger with a single patty.
