He gave breaks, checked in, and explained what step he was at, at every check in. She had giving me a date and time prior to me depositing the money all I was asking for her to confirm and assured my appointment but never got ONE until asked to cancel due to no confirmation or response for over 2 days. That's when she replies and excuses the reason for ignoring me on instagram after I'm seeing her active on her account plenty of times. She said she would return my deposit but blocked me after I waited almost a week. I tried reaching out to Bryan the owner and he was very rude stating that his encouraging Therisa not to return the money and that she should of being rude to me. I POSTED THE PICTURE OF OUR CONVERSATIONS. You'll see who's wrong and if that doesn't prove that they stole my deposit.

Follow up response to business response on Google: I made ONE request to change the design from…read moresomething custom to something he'd already done before for his and my convenience, so that response is BS and I have the messages to prove it. Also, no design was ever made and no work was ever done prior to the requested change. Additionally, on two occasions he stated he would provide a design for filler options and in both cases that never happened but I sent in designs instead. This guy always has excuses. In reality, he likely was prioritizing clients with more costly pieces because before the last cancelation he offered attractive pricing to instead do my entire back and had already canceled twice to assist two other clients whose tattoos were "running later than expected". To be in business for 25 years and you can't plan to get someone in the shop after 4 attempts? Right...seems suspect the more I think about it. And one of the appointments was made without my knowledge and I STILL rearranged my schedule to show up but he did not. Again, I have all the messages to validate every single claim on here and a witness. Be warned... I'm a very reasonable and patient guy and tried to be very accommodating but coming here was the worst experience with a business I've ever had and I'll always regret it forever with a permanent reminder on my body. Went here to have a tattoo fixed (cover up) and paid $300 on 4/6/24 just to "prep" the area with a "skin tone" colored ink, which actually turned out a terrible shade of orange, and I'm a pale white guy so it looks pretty bad now. But, I was trusting when Bryan told me he had used that approach successfully on other occasions and that it would not look like that when we did the actual cover up during a future session. However, after THREE canceled "scheduled appointments" I ultimately had to just call it quits and face the reality that this guy was never really going to complete the work that we agreed to and now I'm worse off than when I first arrived and lost $300 for NOTHING! Here's the timeline for reference: 4/6/24: Prep work $300 4/27/24: 1st cover up appointment @1:30p - I got a text at 1:15p when I was already about to park at the shop that he could not make it. Many would've beed bothered but I respectfully agreed to reschedule. 5/4/24: 2nd attempt at scheduling an appointment - Canceled to continue tattoing someone else. No problem. So, we rescheduled again. 5/26/24: 3rd attempt at scheduling - I got a text the night before to cancel the appointment. Things happen in life, but 3 cancellations in a row, and right before the appointment, is unacceptable. And requiring customers to put a deposit down that is non-refundable that you get to keep if they can't show up when you don't even show up yourself is ironic and questionable. I'm a disabled veteran with an injury from an IED blast in Afghanistan that prevented me from getting a cover up done for many years and when I finally had the financial means to do it this is what I get, an even WORSE tattoo and $300 down the drain. What a major disappointment. If you run a business, there needs to be accountability and standards. Period. And clients deserve basic decency and respect. Our time is valuable too. And issues like this are potential legal liabilities...
