I was pleasantly surprised and happy at how relaxed the atmosphere was in this place. Very nice facility too. They lent me a mat for my initial visit to see if I liked it first. Now I still felt clumsy, but made it through pretty well. Afterwords, they were very supportive and encouraging. Have to say it was a bit of a workout. I think the stretching helped the pain lessen in my lower back. I am not knowledgeable about yoga centers overall, but this was a great experience! They have lots of classes available too. They even have some kind of hot / sweat type classes. I can only say thumbs up, friendly staff, lots of class times and options, incredibly helpful and supportive. Highly Recommend!

The smoothie place inside is a nice touch and smart of them, as I usually do want a smoothie after a workout. Most classes seem to be $20 per class for 60 minutes. Highly recommend!

I'm enrolled in ClassPass so I'm not exactly sure how much is per session, but I assume it's reasonable. The studio is a bit smaller than some of there places I've been, so make sure to sign up early. I would recommend this place for yoga.

Cindy is an experienced Yoga practitioner and instructor. She teaches to the individuals in each class. No day is the same. The classes are fun and challenging. Not only that, you feel like you've had a workout, and didn't have to break a sweat. Try her Thursday Morning class at 10 am. $15 for a 90 minute class. Parking is at a premium, so if you bring a friend, try to carpool.

The trial/intro class is only held on Saturdays at a specific time. This class was at 10:45am-11:15am. The workouts are all modified initially, which I didn't care for but I understand why they're modified on the first class. The instructor was friendly and really helped us get an understanding of what Pilates is like. The membership is PRICEY!! However, they do offer discounts to military, students, nurses, and teachers. Unlimited plan for the West Cobb location is $199/month. The other plan is $159/2 days per week or $29 per session if you don't want a membership. There is also an enrollment fee of $59. This can easily add up. Overall, I really liked it. I would join but I'm currently already in another gym membership and can't add another cost right now. I would look into in the future though.

Then I received a unknown charge on my credit card that I never authorized. Horrible app for booking, hard to get in touch, huge wailists (they continue to sell memberships), and unknown charges. There are other pilates studios that are much better in the area and easier to get into.

I have taken classes with 3 of the teachers here and they are all wonderful! Each class has a special-ness to it so I"m sure there's a class for everyone. They also offer lots of special classes for mediation and related areas. There's always something going on. I also like that you can sign up for a session or just drop in to a class. I really feel at home here!
