Wow just Wow ! Dropped in for dinner yesterday even, it was my first time at this local Columbus Ms Pizza joint. Thank God for CJ's Pizza being closed on Monday , now by me not from Mississippi, and my dad suggested CJs. It was maybe a sign . Well I was very impressed by the staff and slash customer service, 10 out of 10. Very polite and professional. The employee saw my military hat and asked if we were in the service or Veteran ( 20% off on Mondays ) so we were granted a discount. Now to the Pizza and Wings , OMG the Wings were to die for, just like I like them , sauce was delicious and enough covering them all. We ordered a medium Meat Lovers. Again to die for just right , enough toppings and sauce. I will be back, most definitely. read more

Ordered by phone 30 minutes out as I drove from Alabama. "Pizza ready in 20 minutes!" Got there in 25 then proceeded to wait another 30 minutes! Ordered online and when I arrived the pizza was ready but the nachos and tamales were not... 8 min later they come out. We stopped at lost pizza co while visiting the area! Our group all concluded that this was the best food we had during our stay. The wings were tasty, saucy, and a great size! First time trying Lost. I ordered a "small" build your own with EXTRA Pepperoni and onion. It was an $11 pizza and as you can see from the photo not worth it at all. The pizza was tiny and I had ONE...I REPEAT ONE piece of pepperoni on each slice except for one slice I had NONE. I paid $3 for extra pepperoni. Completely overpriced for what you actually get and not worth the money. Garlic breadsticks were flavorless, dry, and inedible. Pizza was sloppy and falling apart as though they threw it together without looking. The salad, ordered by another member of my party, came to her incorrectly at first and then did not come back to her after being remade until nearly 15 minutes after the pizzas came to the table. There was also a mention of a rewards system for the Lost Pizza Company, but neither the Starkville or Columbus locations use it. Why is the rewards system mentioned or advertised in store then? We went to the Columbus location in the hopes it would be better than the Starkville location, where the dining experience and food standards were practically identical, but it was no better than Starkville. Needless to say, we were all severely disappointed. As of now, I would not recommend this pizza to anyone and would much rather go to Godfather's Pizza or Hungry Howies instead. read more

I really enjoy eating at the Lost Pizza in Columbus. The staff is amazingly friendly, and the menu is reasonably priced. I love that they have draft beer, too! I like to get a thin crust, individual style pizza - so far I've tried the one with chicken and spinach, and another one with chicken and tomatoes. Both were really good! High quality of ingredients here. The fried ravioli is good, too! I can't wait to try more of the menu. The different lines to order aren't labeled well enough. I ordered in a line that was for the to-go pick up one time, but the staff were good natured about it. It's kind of a weird combination of ordering and table service that works well enough. I ordered carry out from Lost about on Sunday. We choose not to dine in right now, since COVID. We order carry out often enough, usually as a treat to the kids. I went to pick up my pizzas and the cashier pulled up the order. On the register you could see the order total and the amount due. Amount due was 0.00. I told her that I paid online and the other girl gave me my order. As I was walking away, I heard her ask the girl that gave me the order, "How can you tell if they actually paid online?". Offensive but nevertheless understandable. I proceeded to walk out of the restaurant. As I get to the door, she yells, "Ma'am, your order did not go through!" Very embarrassing as there were other patrons dining in. I told her that it did and I had a receipt. She continued to follow me out of the store and told me to pull up the receipt. As she walked out, I told her that the cash register's amount due read 0.00. I pull up the receipt and show it to her, she says. She cannot find the 4 digit number that she is looking for, an authorization code of some sort. I tell her, that is the receipt that I received. She continues to tell me a long, what I interpreted as a lie, about how the systems went down etc. She offered to run my card back into the store and swipe it for me. After telling her multiple times that I paid, I, then, had to pull up my personal information (bank account) to show her that delivery.com debited my account on behalf of Lost Pizza. Not to mention she touching all over my phone, in the era of COVID, to look at the emailed receipt and my bank account to confirm payment. First of all, I must point out that the customer service is top notch. I gave mediocre review on here and someone immediately contacted me and sent me a gift card so that I could come back and try again. This time, I was not disappointed. The pizza was delicious and the order was correct and timely. Lost pizza Company has a thick crust that is a "slice" above the rest. I ordered the Kujo and the toppings were a perfect choice. My pizza also had a perfect sauce to cheese ratio. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in Columbus who wants a premium pizza and a fun atmosphere to eat it in! read more

Your view of Lost Pizza -in my opinion- is directly tied to how long you've been in Columbus. While I'm not a particular fan of any of the pies you'll find in this town, this place isn't bad. I say that in a way that makes sense after you've been here a while. Chances are you've had better, and chances are "better" is at least an hour's drive away. That's great for you, but you're stuck in Columbus. So Lost delivers a pretty solid option for what it is. The bigger brother of CJ's pizza, and a local chain that tries to keep that local place vibe. They do a good core of pizzas, they do wings, plus a pretty decent beer selection. But nothing boils down to a single unique quality being the reason for their success. The truth is, they do everything with a pretty damn good quality. For those of you that do the military thing, they do a pretty generous discount off your check (And extra on Mondays). That is, however, my only major criticism, as this place is a bit on the pricey side of a casual dinner. Pretty much a solid definition of four stars, with no major reasons I could give you not to go. Enjoy your pit-boss pizza. read more
