We are great fans of Lost Pizza and look forward to eating there. However last night was not up to par. We ordered a medium thick pizza with three topping and extra sauce. What we received was not thick, no extra sauce could be found and it was over cooked almost to the point of being brunt. In their defense, they were very busy and this has been our only bad experience. We will give them another chance in the future. read more

I've been to Lost Pizza several times and never had bad food. Cheese sticks are good, spaghetti and meatballs are excellent. Their marinara is really good. The pizza competes well with most chains in all areas except the cost. IMO, it's kind of overpriced. Few families are going to bring in a family and spend $50 on pizza when they can go to PJ or D and get a couple of good pizzas for half the price. Overall, good food. Lower prices would garner more stars on reviews. read more

Pizzas, dessert pizzas, and fried ravioli was great! Great take out service as well as dining in. It's always clean, staff is always nice and food is fresh and tastes great! Have eaten here several times, really baffled by the negative reviews. Best pizza place in Columbus! You get what you pay for, may be a bit pricey but, they use only fresh ingredients and no mystery meats processed from a machine. If you want quality food and great atmosphere, this is your place. 2 good things here. They fill growlers and they import some good Delta hot tamales. The bad news on the 2 good things: the beer selection is intensely boring and the tamales cost way too much. Everything else about the food is terrible. Very low quality ingredients. The worst sandwich I have ever had, the worst garlic cheese bread I have ever had. I have had better pizza from a gas station. Really. Do not waste your time or money unless you just really have to over pay for some good Delta hot tamales. read more

Heard a bunch of good things about lost pizza. Well, we went to see what all the fuss was about, and I'm still looking. The pizza is just ok. The toppings are not proportionate to the size of the pizza. My recommendation is go to CJ's, or if in a hurry, even Pizza Hut. Oh, and the price is high for the quality. read more

The Lost Pizza Company was greatly over exaggerated. The pizza was very greasy and the sauces on the pasta overly salty. Certain members of the LPC team had a poor attitude. As the atmosphere goes it was least to say interesting that was probably the best quality of the entire restaurant. read more

I have had mixed, but mostly positive experiences at Lost Pizza Co. I've dined there with small groups and also utilized their semi-private room for a large group. For the most part, my food has been good. I like all the appetizers I've ever had there...the spinach dip and wings come to mind as being particularly tasty. Usually my pizza is good, too. I typically wind up getting one of the pizzas with meat on it, like the Mexican chicken pizza, because other people don't like to order the vegetarian pizza with me and I just try to be agreeable. The other day, however, I ordered a personal pizza for myself: the Happy Hippie on a gluten free crust. The fact that the gluten-free crust is only available on one size of pizza is a dead giveaway that the crust is not made in-house. They should consider making it in-house, because it's pretty easy and I think a lot more people would order it if it were available in other sizes. I'm not sure if it was because of the crust (which, by the way, tasted fine...but maybe it cooks differently?), because I'm the only person who ever orders the meatless pizza, or because they were having a bad day, but it just wasn't that good. Kind of bland. It tasted like something I would expect from a Papa John's. So I wouldn't recommend that one. Overall, however, Lost is a good addition to Columbus. I am always happy to see new local (or, in this case, semi-local) restaurants, and am always especially happy when they open up on the side of town that is convenient to CAFB. I tried to be happy with Buffalo Wild Wings opened, but that was a disaster, so thank goodness for Lost, which offers a convenient location, decent-to-above-average food and beer, and - don't forget - a military discount of 10%. read more

I visited lost pizza co today, january 17th. Ordered the kujo. The pizza was okay. Wasnt nothing great. Pizza hut is better. But the customer service was horrible. When they brought the pizza out she just sat it down and walked away, never asked if we needed anything or nothing. Probably wont be back read more

Lost Pizza Co. is delicious and they have an excellent beer selection! I wish it was closer to downtown Columbus.

Really enjoy this place. We tried the fried ravioli, tamales and the pizza. Everything was very good. We tried the thick crust, which I was not sure about. Sometimes thick crust pizza is doughy from being under cooked. This was not one of those times. The crust was perfect, just the right amount of crunch and chewiness. I think when Lost Pizza first opened that they were way better! We went in Monday, January 2, 2017 - We ordered cheesesticks, boneless wings, grilled chicken salad, and queso dip. Well, the queso was luke warm, almost cool - wasn't too happy with it. The cheesesticks were AWESOME, however the marina sauce was very watered down. The boneless wings were awful! The grilled chicken salad was just "okay". I guess this is why we haven't been there for about a year! read more

The atmosphere is nice, clean and fun. Service is fast and friendly. The pizza was tasty. Crust was very good. The spaghetti was awful. There was very little taste. I got a menu in the mail I've tried numerous of times to call and place a togo order on three different occasions and every time the phone is busy/isn't working. So I try to go in and make a togo order the line was long and moving super slow so I go to the togo line since I can't place one online or on the phone I figure to try to get one placed there so I can get things in town finished while I'm there and they could make it while I'm busy. There was 5 workers minimum just standing there looking at me and walking past. No one asked if I needed anything or how they could help me so I walked out and went to CJs Pizza where I know the pizza is good and customer service is great I can always call in an order and when I go in everyone is wanting to make sure you're taken care of. The Lost Pizza Company really needs to work on their customer service and making sure their phones work or they well be a closed pizza company. read more
