I didnt know about this location. I almost went to Brandon, this spot is a lot closer to my hotel. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean, with a nice sized dining area. I heard about this place on Yelp. But the address doesn't really show the proper place for this business. I used the get directions options and ended up 5 miles away in a not so nice neighborhood on the complete opposite side of town. That was frustrating. I had to Google several ways to find the real address. And even then it wasn't easy to find. They should really update their own listing. You order at the counter. It was a nice range of options. With various sandwiches, appetizers, pizzas and other dishes. I settled on tamales as an appetizer and a personal size Kujo. I ordered a Bluff City beer as my beverage. I was told the beer would be delivered to the table and was given an order number to display at the table. The place was crowded. There literally was not a seat available in the place and I had to wait to get a lone seat at the end of the bar near the kitchen entrance. I got the tamales before my beer arrived and during this wait other customers repeatedly placed their dirty dishes in front of me on the bar. This seriously angered me as I was trying to enjoy my meal. When I complained to the staff about this they shrugged their shoulders. My beer took another 5 minutes to arrive and I had to remind the wait staff about it not having been delivered even though there was food on the table. The tamales were great. I have never had tamales that would draw me back to order them again. These were delicious. The pizza was good too. But the indifference of the staff and the rudeness of other customers made the experience miserable. I am only going to give the place another chance because the food was good. I just hope that staff realizes they shouldn't let other customers put their dirty plates on the bar in front of another customer. That wouldn't be allowed at a table. First time to try Lost Pizza Company and enjoyed it. You order at the entrance and then they bring it out to you. We got the Otis which was basically a meat lovers pizza. They definitely don't short you on toppings. We enjoyed the pizza and the crust a lot. The staff that worked there were super friendly as well. I really like these pizza places. They are always tastefully decorated and reasonably fast. This particular location was really good and the woman behind the counter was extremely friendly. The pizza was fantastic and we got the Otis (I guess their version of the meatlovers). Pretty good deep dish for MS., Especially since this is. The only place I've where I've found a true deep dish pizza in this state and area, I will order it again. The pizza crust was a little OVER cooked, almost burned... and I had to tell them to put the topping on top. So I assume from the conversation they have only been preparing deep dish pizza with meat only? We've had the regular lost pizzas and they weren't good enough to warrant a repeat visit. I've been searching for a quality pizza that is steps above the normal 3 "big pizzas chains" now for some time. I made a superb choice by choosing Lost Pizza yesterday! I highly recommend the Kujo and in the Individual size, if it's just yourself. It was perfect and sooo tasty! Moreover, Ally (hope I spelled correctly :) was so very helpful in accommodating me at the outside patio table with my small service dog, her lovely vibes and great service were just what i needed after being treated not so friendly by other restaurants nearby compared to my experiences with service dog friendly cities like Denver and Boulder,CO. Thank You Ally for such lovely and great vibes! You are a true Gem and the food was excellent! We will be back soon again for The Best Pizza in MS in my experience. :) read more

We have been patronizing the Flowood Lost Pizza since its inception. Unfortunately, there has been a notable decline in the cleanliness, service and maintenance of this location over the past 6months to year. The food remains good. There has been dirty mop water smell to the booths near the windows- particularly near the wooden partition for the last 2 visits we have attended. There have been swept but unattended piles of food and dirt on the floor. One visit this month, most all the tables were "occupied" with dirty dishes. The booths are in disrepair and have developed holes in the vinyl that expose the foam. This is a higher management concern that needs to be addressed. My largest staff level issue is consistent service concerns. I understand this is not fast food and the staff are human and make mistakes. However, I take issue with the lack of communication from the staff. I understand much of the staff are young and possibly under paid/ valued and may feel communicating when an item of an order will be significantly delayed is not necessary or they are not compensated, supported, or staffed enough to communicate errors. Additionally, they may not have been trained to do so. When half of my dine-in order, a large pizza, was delayed by 10+ minutes, none of this was communicated. When my party nearly finished eating and my pizza had not arrived, I had to ask about the status. Only at that time I was told it had to be re-made with no verbal apology. I love Lost Pizza and I would greatly appreciate upper management attention to the facility and lower management attention to staff training. read more

The Flowood location is the first Lost Pizza Company I've tried. Service was friendly. Ordered a medium 'The Happy Hippy ' (veggie, thick crust, $16.59) pizza to go. It was good, not great. Needed more sauce and cheese for the thickness of the crust. Crust was also fairly hard. Think I actually prefer the Mazzio's veggie (made well) that Lost Pizza replaced! Original: I don't know how they're still in business. There's no one in here and it took 35 minutes to get three small pizzas and a dessert pizza. They brought out one pizza, another table that ordered 10 minutes after got their food before we got our other two pizzas. Then we finished eating and had to ask about our dessert pizza. Meanwhile, THAT was served to us by someone with a mouthful of food. There's no manager to be found. No one to let us know there was delay on our food. No apology. I ordered the Memaw (meatball sandwich) and it was COLD. This tells me two things, it was slapped together and came out of a fridge, so not hot and fresh. Super impressed with this place! The staff is wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. The food is delicious as well! My only complaint is that it's quite pricey for the amount of food you receive. I ordered a sandwich (Mr.G, HIGHLY RECOMMEND) which was worth the $9..the pizza however left a little to be desired. The pizza itself was amazing! The toppings were pretty scarce though, especially for the price you pay for them. Let me start by saying if I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have never been so disappointed. Chicken Alfredo had negative flavor. Chicken spaghetti was not baked. In fact, it was swimming (drowning, as Gordon Ramsey would say) in a pool of water that the cook completely neglected to drain. Salad was served in a 99 cent paper bowl and all "silverware" was plastic. Staff was dismissive and nowhere to be found, just dropped our food off and then dropped off the face of the earth. Terrible experience at Lost Pizza-Flowood tonight. We've been a few times in years past and it was great. Tonight was awful and we will never go back. The fact that there are other recent 1 star reviews on here and that the place was fairly empty for 7:00 on a Friday night tells me I'm not the only customer they've lost lately. We ordered 3 different pizzas for dine in. My husband's pizza was the last one to come out and it was wrong. He took it to the counter, politely explained and asked them to remake it. After 15 minutes of seeing other tables get their food he went to ask about it. Apparently they forgot. So almost 30 minutes after originally asking for a remake he finally got it and asked for it to go because the rest of us were long finished eating. Accidentally making the pizza wrong is fine- everyone makes mistakes. But not caring enough to get it out quickly is not ok. Giving a half hearted, very insincere "sorry about that" as they hand you a poorly slapped together pizza 30 minutes later is not ok. The employees truly did not give a crap. At all. Didn't even pretend to care or try to make it right. We would have refused a refund or free dessert or whatever anyway but it would have been a nice gesture to offer just to show you want your customers to have a good experience. I love this Lost Pizza location. From the time I walked in until the time I left, the staff treated me like I was one of their friends and showed appreciation that I was in their establishment. I ordered their lunch special the first time, which is a personal pizza/salad/and a drink for $9.80. The second time, I got a personal pizza (sausage and pineapple)/salad/and a garlic loaf for my appetizer and everything was so fresh and delicious. Someone at my table ordered their Chicago style pizza and they were very upfront with how long it would take to make the pizza, which I thought was nice of them (I know several places that would probably just expect you to know how they work). The environment was cool, especially if you like music and all things unique. I will make the drive from Ridgeland to Flowood to eat at this location (I have had a not-so-hot experience with the Lost Pizza in Ridgeland) any day of the week. read more

The staff that dealt with was pleasant and friendly. The food service definitely needs some attention. Pretty sure my order got lost until I asked about it. We ordered three sandwiches a small salad and small pizza. The pizza came out fairly quick. It took 25-35 minutes to get the rest of the order. Think the sandwiches were supposed to be hot. They were cold! They were missing half of what the menu said came on them. Therefore, had to ask for rest of ingredients and finish two of the sandwiches ourselves. Also, pretty sure when the menu said sautéed mushrooms they are supposed to be sautéed not raw. I could understand some delay or discrepancies with the order if they were extremely busy but that was not the case. I watched people come in and get salads and pizza before our order, and they came in 10 minutes after us. I don't typically leave reviews but this one was horrible and deserved a review.
