Let me start by saying that Harvey the van we rented was great fun and had all your needs for camping! Our experience was great we had the van for 2 weeks which is the longest boho said that have ever rented out. We traveled over 4000 miles in that Van and gave us no problems. We were able to stop at campgrounds rv parks anywhere you wanted to stay. The bed in the van comfortable. Has your cooler which is solar powered (no I've needed). Outlets for charging any of the devices you might carry. running water shower in the back. I'll tell you it it's what you want to have on wheels and compact so you can get wherever you need to. The downside is that it does eat up alot of gas. So if your planning on traveling make sure you budget extra money for gas. Also not much hanging room for clothes and such for when you are on the road. Has plenty of storage for the van that we have. Maybe should add a shower curtain to the back. And so e straps for things that are inside the van. The guys are fun to work with... we had a little bit of an issue but the owner David (great guy) was able to find us a resolution without having our concerns unheard or felt like we were getting taken advantage of.

They corrected a poorly installed Retrax EQ that another shop had messed up -- and that alone took hours. No shortcuts. No frustration. Just focused, meticulous work until it was right. From there, they custom-modified my Yakima OverHaul HD stanchions to integrate cleanly with my ADD roll bar. This wasn't a bolt-on job -- this was real fabrication. Contacted them at Venture to take a look and that dragged on for a month or so between them and me and bilstein. I was the one having to follow up. Not them giving me updates or whatever. Once the car got in and the issue was diagnosed I was given a day and half to get it fixed. Took more than a week and I follow-up constantly. They made no offer at all for all the wasted time I spent on this stupid thing. . They made it seem that having to buy the parts to fix the issue should make it square. But I can tell you I was calling, texting, and filling out their online form to get a response. Overall, not a good experience and would go another shop to get stuff done without a bunch of excuses.

Realizing the cost of that idea, The Car Repair Shop in Scottsdale recommended Upholstery Shop & Tops. I was so glad I followed up on their recommendation. First, Todd, the owner could not have been more helpful. I called him up and he asked me to send him some pictures. Via text, he quoted me a price that I found incredibly reasonable, significantly cheaper than a new seat. My next step was to take it into the shop so he could find something to match. From the very start, I was prepared for it not to match. My thinking was anything was better than the current condition of the seat. After looking at it, he made some phone calls and informed me that the same upholstery was available through Honda but significantly more expensive than planned. He was the first to say, "You don't want to pay that much" and went on to say that while he couldn't promise an exact match he could get pretty close. I decided "pretty close" was fine in my book for a car that is 10 years old! I dropped it off in the morning and as promised it was ready at the end of the day. As I walked to my car, I was a bit concerned about how "close" the new upholstery would be. I was amazed at how close it came to the original. In fact, I could not really see the difference. The thing I was totally unprepared for was the fact that the lower frame of the seat was broken. Fixing that piece was not part of anything we discussed and that piece was fixed!! And, the price of the job was the same as that original quote. I felt this company far exceeded my expectations and would highly recommend them!!

I was thoroughly satisfied with the purchasing process. Shortly after buying my car, I was involved in a minor not-at-fault accident. Jason helped me coordinate with Andy, the young service manager, and the car was fixed promptly and looked better than when I bought it. Andy and Jason were incredibly helpful, they both drove me in their personal vehicles (not Vettes surprisingly, Jason had a new Explorer and Andy had a big, badass lifted truck) to the rental car place on two separate occasions. Several months later, I wanted to upgrade my wheels and ride height and after many e-mails back and forth with Jason deciding the direction I wanted to go, we found a set I liked and Vette Culture took care of all of it in one day (and a few hours on a follow-up day for a required realignment). Didn't have a rental this time, but Jason drove me to my workplace which was a great gesture. True customer service. Most recently, I needed the model # of the wheels I had purchased and Andy got me the information I needed same day in an e-mail. Thanks a lot Andy--don't know if I thanked you yet for that. I learned from another employee at Vette Culture that Jason no longer works there. This made me kind of sad because I developed a good relationship with him from the start. Early on, he told me the vision he had for Vette Culture and how there would be many events and activities in the new location in the future. I hope that this dream doesn't die--I've seen several Corvette-only dealerships in the valley die out with the poor economy. I can only wish that I still lived close to Vette Culture. While Jason was there, I had no problem making the drive out but I don't go nearly as often any longer.
