These guys were very pushy about the deal initially until they got the money and then it was SO hard to get ahold of them. They made it seem like talking to them after we already bought the vehicle was the biggest inconvenience. They did NOT give us a full tank of fuel when leaving. Which I understand isn't a requirement, but it is a common courtesy when spending so much time and money on a vehicle from them. The truck was FILTHY when we left. They said they were going to detail it and they did a terrible job. It seemed like they just sprayed it to make it smell like it had been cleaned. I attached pictures of a wipe I used on our way home from the dealership. It took 2 + hours of our own detailing to get it clean. The dealership advertised things for the truck that it did not have. The salesman did not seem knowledgeable at all. They didn't even have the truck onsite when we arrived and tried to get us to sign paperwork without seeing it. After taking it for a test drive the passenger seatbelt was completely broken. Would not recommend and will never be back. Go someplace else read more

Typical high pressure sales environment. Will tell you someone is about to buy the car you want and you need to make a decision asap. Will blow your phone up for information and documents when they need to close the sale, but will not respond after they have your money. Included a $500 fee for tint and ceramic coating. Tint was peeling and looks like it has been there for years, pretty sure there was no ceramic coat either. Delivery driver they chose was the worst possible. Took a week over the initial allotted time. Car arrived with dirt all over the inside including seats and dash. Floor was wet. Almost like the delivery driver purposely rolled down the windows while driving in the rain. Sale person was uniformed on the vehicle and said it had options that were not included. Had to spend an additional $2,000 upon delivery of vehicle. Overall a bad experience and would find another dealership if I could go back. read more

Great car buying experience. Owner and sales staff are all honest and professional. We got a good deal on the car my husband had his eye on (2018 Audi S5). No one was patronizing, pushy, or shady in any way. Everything on the lot is quality. No outrageous markups. Would recommend for anyone that wants to browse or buy reasonably priced, high end inventory. We didn't finance with Cars Land, we made our own arrangements. Cars Land helped everything happen quickly and smoothly anyway. I had my husband with me, but I would feel comfortable purchasing from Cars Land alone (sans husband, brother or dad). I bought a 2009 Maserati GranTurismo S from this company. They advertised that the car had a clean CarFax and that they would fix a few imperfections on the car, including a scratch on the hood. I showed them that the black paint has a lot of gold flake in it and they told me not to worry that they take it to the body shop that does all of Ferrari's cars. They called me in to pick up the car on a really rainy day and delivered the car outside in the rain, which should have been a red flag. When I got the car home and dried it off, it was very obvious that this paint job was not done by a company that handled Ferrari's work. There were a number of paint defects, including dust, bubbles and only about 20% of the gold flake that the rest of the car had. The pain on the rear bumper had been redone as well, which did not match the rest of the car. There was also some damage under the car on the front right side. I sent an email to the owner of Cars Land, Mr. Elio Geagea, and he never responded, nor would he answer my phone calls. I traded a Mercedes E350 Coupe in beautiful condition on the Maserati which I wish I had back now. I would never recommend buying a car from this company. They are extremely unprofessional, not responding to my emails or my phone calls. If could rate them less than 1 Star, I definately would. This was a very unsatisfactory experience. read more
