Started off great. The suspension sag on my LC200 needed to be addressed so I fixed that and adding a lift at the same time. 2" bilstein lift was fine at first but over time I noticed a clanking sound and it was a warranty issue. Contacted them at Venture to take a look and that dragged on for a month or so between them and me and bilstein. I was the one having to follow up. Not them giving me updates or whatever. Once the car got in and the issue was diagnosed I was given a day and half to get it fixed. Took more than a week and I follow-up constantly. They made no offer at all for all the wasted time I spent on this stupid thing. . They made it seem that having to buy the parts to fix the issue should make it square. But I can tell you I was calling, texting, and filling out their online form to get a response. Overall, not a good experience and would go another shop to get stuff done without a bunch of excuses. read more

I will ONLY do business here. Each time I've had work done it has been exceptional and reasonable. Adam is the man! Always taking the time to listen to my concerns and reporting back to me in detail. Saying he goes above and beyond would be an understatement. With many other shops I felt the attention to detail was lacking and they offered little to no feedback for issues regarding my jeep. In 2021, I purchased my Jeep brand new from the dealership and two days later I was sitting in their office discussing how I would want to build it out. The thing that really stuck out to me was they were far more concerned with how I wanted to use my Jeep versus what they could sell me. Fast forward to December 2024, and I only use them. I've never had a single issue with any of their work, and I've put just under $40,000 into my Jeep. One time when I upgraded my spare tire carrier, the camera cable was corroded and it quit working. I text Adam the manager and he had me bring it in that day to replace the cable and fix the issue free of charge. They have put on 40" tires, chopped my fenders to make it fit, cut the frame a bit to help with rubbing, put on a 4.5" lift from Metalcloak, they re-geared my axles, installed differential armor, put on new bumpers and a new spare tire carrier, new front driveshaft, upgraded my tie rod and drag link, and drop down brackets. They also refill my CO2 tank on location for cheaper than anywhere else I've found it and I rarely have to wait in line for it because Adam the manager always does it himself if there is no customer in the store. What I love most though, is that not only did I end up getting the Jeep of my dreams built out with these guys, but they turned into a good group of friends that I can go wheeling with and they're genuinely good people who look out for others. read more

Venture Off-Road lifted my 2022 JLU. They did an amazing job! They're so easy to deal with. Very knowledgeable if you want to "pick" their brain on what "setups" to go with. New axles seals... failed Rear main seal replacement... failed Slip Yolk Eliminator install... trashed my transfer case! They might be okay for simple add on's but for real mechanical work I'd avoid this place! read more

I have been going there for two+ years. Excellent work. Not the cheapest and not the most expensive. But in my mind, the most trustworthy and routinely excellent workmanship. Spent more money than I can count with them. I have gone to a lot of shops the last 5 years (Offroad a lot and sometimes rock crawling). I go there at least every three months or so to have them check things over and there is always something that they find - generally a loose nut or something starts tearing on one of the mounts and they weld it right back up, instead of selling me some $5k solution (but they certainly could do that and much more). And they can even fabricate items that you might need to get something to work correctly. Either way, you really should check them out. read more

I had a serious suspension issue with my Jeep Wrangler and was not able to diagnose the problem on my own. Within seconds of walking into venture off-road the owner, along with a technician came out, got underneath my vehicle and found out what was going wrong. I was then brought back inside to go over what type of build I would need and pricing. They didn't just sell me the most expensive parts, they asked me what type of driving I do and how often I off-road and we figured out what I really needed instead of going over the top with expensive parts. Labor expense was fair and done properly. Very friendly and professional staff. I will definitely be returning if I have any other issues or modifications I need done to my Jeep. read more

Great service - prompt ! These guys are awesome, anything you need that they can accommodate they'll do it. I go here frequently to fill my co2 air tank and it's fill while you wait. Price is reasonable and they are incredibly prompt. The owner is a stand up guy and he wheels his own Jeep. I'd prefer to take advice from someone who uses their own products. read more
