Everything is organized nicely. A cute selection of toys, bookmarks and stickers. The girl at the counter was extremely sweet. I don't know if she was the owner but she was so sweet. Today I was looking for two specific items that were in their ad. I went up and down every aisle and didn't find either one. When I asked an employee, he was lackadaisical and just pointed in an area of the store where one of the items might be, but it wasn't. Instead of working to resolve the issue, I had to repeatedly ask for a manager -- it took three separate requests before someone finally came over. Even then, they fell short in honoring the advertised pricing or offering a reasonable solution. It was frustrating and felt like poor customer service. I expected them to stand behind the price that was posted on the flooring, but they did not. Definitely not a smooth or positive experience.
